The major disappointment was that the cabin (which was excellent) was actually on an active construction site. The "walk" to downtown Gatlinburg, TN was allot farther than what we would call within walking distance. We believe the actual location on a construction site, and walking distance information was misrepresented by your ads and your agents.

The cabin was actually on an active construction site. However, the cabin's interior and decor was very, vey nice. Our contact person did work out an acceptable reduction in costs, and that was why we stayed there for our 55th wedding anniversqry return to the Smokies.

The wifi was horrible. The TV is connected to wifi but the signal isn't strong enough to actually make it through a TV show. The lack of a couch or love seat definitely made relaxing difficult.

The cabin was nice, clean and organized. The staff we dealt with were friendly as well. I loved the fireplace.

I did not like the fact that construction had overtaken the charm of this property. It was unpleasant to have to drive through dirt and see that you are staying in a construction site. Unless I was unaware or overlooked the room there was no closet. That took away from the experience. I think that this property should be closed for a couple of days to at least address the issue with the driveway.

The location of this property was great. Although it was a little bit longer than I thought by walking it was great exercise and refreshing. The inside was very clean, and there were snacks pleasantly unexpected. Loved the peace and quiet. A repeat experience.

Amazing location, super close to shops and restaurants, and nice vaulted ceilings. Fully stocked kitchen with everything needed. Very clean. Comfy bed.

Parking needed some work. We got trapped by other vehicle and had to chase someone down to move it

The toilet paper and paper towels were absolutely horrible and there was no hand soap in either the kitchen or bathroom.

It was so cute! Very close to downtown, about 5-10 minute walk. The accommodations were clean and welcoming and a great price. The bed was super comfy but I would suggest that there be a little step stool for those of us that are short.

They said no pet fee then charged $100. They said wood available for fireplace but it was electric. We brought a bunch of wood. However, pet fee is usually charged just say so and the fireplace was fine would not give them a bad rating for either.

This was just a quick spur of the moment trip for my fiancés birthday. Our stay was excellent. Perfect place for 2 people. Clean, comfortable, not a single complaint. We will stay here again.

- The bed had some leaves in it?? - There weren’t any pans, salt/pepper, or cooking spray - Some house-keeping was asked to be done even though there was a $100 cleaning fee - The floor was raised in certain areas and was a major tripping hazard - The parking was a bit odd

- The bed was EXTREMELY comfy - It was very open, so it didn’t feel as small - There were utensils, coffee, and a couple of snacks provided - The water got hot very fast - The toilet has a cover, so it wasn’t cold

Best of both worlds, could walk to town, but felt secluded & woodsy. Could watch a mama bear & 2 cubs from the comfort of the porch. Perfect accommodations for a couple.

The faucet fixtures were out dated.

Convenient to the parkway without being too close to all the people & attractions but close enough to almost walk. Saw a bear in the driveway the first evening and and bear out back my last morning.

Tv did not have cable. You had to have your own subscriptions. Cabin was too small to commiserate with the daily rate.

The fire place wasn't working

I loved how close it was to the main street in Gatlinburg, they provided us with a fire pit since the fire place wasn't working we even encountered a big bear on the 3rd night, we absolutely loved our stay

It is not walkable to the downtown. It was clean but not spotless for the fee you paid for it to be clean. The smoke detector was missing with some light bulbs missing in the lights. No dresser draws to put your cloths.

Location was good and easy to get too. Very comfortable and cozy. Easy to find the location and motion lights at night to see when you get there.

The people renting the cabin below us had a dog and whenever they would leave, the dog would bark non-stop.

There was some construction on near by cabins and it wasn’t loud or in the way. Nice quiet place. Very clean.

The stove didn't work the blind in bathroom was broken and one of the dinning room chairs was broken.
