Pool could be cleaner. Breakfast was very very basic with little options (packs of cereals, some fruits,..), didn't have it

The location is great, close to many important sites.

The breakfast did not include any hot items. The elevator needs some upkeep.

The size and cleanliness of the room was excellent. Front desk staff was very welcoming.

Going to the Elevator is not conviene via three stairs duo to the major elevator is repairing.

The breakfast is no hot items. All items are simple no tasty. Last year is much better.

One of the elevators was out of under and there seemed to be no work done on it while I was there. It caused me, as a person with limited mobility, to have to walk the length of the property to use the elevator.

Breakfast was a limited selection continental style buffet. Not a strong offering.

The carpet was pretty gross most places in the hotel - that could certainly use an upgrade. The breakfast was ok but could've been a little more substantive.

The property was pretty! Everything was clean and neat and people were friendly. It was also in a good location to either go north or south.

The heater / AC unit is VERY loud. The hotel is rather dated...carpet should be replaced first, then other things should be updated. Breakfast was rather wimpy. OK.

Only Elevator that was available didn’t stop on appropriate floors. Left the “do no disturb” sign up multiple days and the room was still serviced despite having the sign out. Hallways are pretty dark at night time.

Obviously the hotel needs some updating in the public areas. One elevator was not working, had to go up and down steps to get to the second elevator which barely worked,

Room was spacious, well appointed although a full size sofa would have been more comfortable than the small love seat.

There were LED flood lights outside that blasted through the blinds all night. I dont like light when I sleep. Way to much outside like for my room.

Room was nice and comfortable plus 2 free beers at 5pm happy hour.

Our bed tipped backward. We didn't get a chance to tell staff. Although staff at the front desk were friendly. Breakfast in the morning was almost depleted by the time we got to it at 8:30 . No smiles here..

The pool and hot tub area looked nice even though we didn't have time to use it. All in all decent value for the money and location is just 5 min. Drive from downtown.

The place was very dark at night. The hallways to the rooms were very dimly lit at night and littered with dry leaves. The room, although big, would have been great if they vacuumed the carpet as it was quite dirty, thankfully they were able to supply us with room slippers. Lastly, on weekday mornings, the nearby tire shop can be quite noisy, so you cant really sleep in.

The location was good for us as there were shops nearby.

We stayed at this location last year and the Happy Hour food had a wide variety other than meats/cheeses, there was mozzarella sticks! This year, the Happy Hour food was not as exciting and when we asked for cold chardonnay, we got cold cabernet. Last year the breakfast was INCREDIBLE, two rooms of food including bacon, potatoes, pancakes, etc. This year, the food was not good and not a lot to choose from. We also had to ask 4 times to get towels in the pool area. I finally had to go floor to floor looking for housekeeping to get some. Our kids were cold and ready to get out. That was really disappointing. I also wish there was more water pressure in the shower and the soap dispensers worked.

HOT TUB & POOL & ROBE are awesome! The Happy Hour is a huge bonus and fun! The beds are comfortable, and the room is spacious. The hotel is a great place to stay with reasonable value.

they really need to change/clean the hot tub water properly. even after cleaning it was pretty easy to tell the water hadn't actually been drained properly and had a certain smell to it. to be fair, it had been used somewhat often, and there were trees overhead so debris from them would fall in. Still pretty nice. The pool was cleaner. The breakfast area could have also been kept cleaner, but again, this probably had more to do with visitors not being so considerate as there were quite a few over the course of my stay, and people tend not to be so respectful in shared spaces! Food itself was alright, some of it wasn't kept warm properly & I often found eggshells in the eggs lol but they still offered a lot of options and kept things really well stocked! I certainly did not go hungry. little things, little things, but you can tell the people running this place are doing so with a great deal of care.

friendly staff, really kind people, quickly addressed concerns and were very accommodating. Maintained a good rapport with other customers and each other, and people there seemed happy to help with things. The room was comfortable. I needed the ADA accessible room, and it was up to code. Comfortable bed, clean sheets and linens, well-kept bathrooms, etc. The bed was really nice! Which is wild to me, a lot of the time I have spent in hotels that hasn't been the case. Again very clean, well-kept and welcoming. I had a longer stay and was concerned about it not being so great but that was not the case, I was almost a little sad to leave! Staff deserves a raise! or at least a really nice holiday bonus this year. :)

The breakfast was terrible. Dried and cold eggs, bean burritos were cold dry and no flavor. There was a non descript salad. Only a couple of breakfast rolls. I’ve stayed here before and the breakfast was wonderful, good variety of items, eggs, potatoes, meats, rolls, yogarts and someone making omlets. The only good thing this time was the coffee. Both my friend and I thought the breakfast was bad.
