No bathrobe or coffee service in room. Says it’s a non smoking property online, but lots of smoke in the main floor casino, which you must walk through to get anywhere. Resort fee is very high for what you get. Didn’t appreciate finding that spa prices are higher on weekends and they add an automatic 20% service fee — neither of which is mentioned on the booking page. Kind of makes the “20% discount” on spa services “included” in the resort fee a joke.

Room size was nice. Staff in onsite stores were very friendly and helpful.

Our room overlooked the beautiful pool area. I love the vanity with lighted mirror in our room. Loved everything about our room! Loved the spa and massage! Food was great and all the staff were so friendly! Can't wait for our girls trip back to this hotel in the Spring!

The staff members were horrible. Either they were rude or they were sarcastic. I would recommend the hotel itself, but not the people that work there.

The room we were given overlooked a wall. We were told that if we paid more they would give us one with a better view. But we did not imagine a wall. The room neighbors were very noisy with loud music at 2 am.

This is the second time we've stayed here and we like it very much because it is new, modern, elegant hotel which has everything you need. We really enjoyed eating in the Mexican restaurant. The pool is great and the room was super comfortable and clean.

We didn't like that we couldn't completely open the double doors that opens to about 4" to 5" foot deep balcony. The double doors give the appearance that we could open them up and enjoy the view even more. There is about a 4" to 6" cable that's attached to both doors so you can only open them to however long the cable is which about the 4" to 6" that I mentioned. The couch is lower than most couches.

In room 202606 in the Canyon Tower, we loved the view of the hotel's pools as well as a good amount of the new Sphere. We liked the room decor and the size including the "chair back" at the one corner of the bed. We appreciate the housekeeper (Isabelle) aiming the hand held shower head away from the door. Very thoughtful and considerate. We enjoyed our first time there and were only able to enjoy one of the restaurants there, The Kitchen at Commons Club, as it is open 24 hours. We enjoyed not having to walk half a mile to get in and out of the hotel.

Checking girl was a bit snooty, but the checkout girl was excellent the next morning. Restaurants were quite expensive. No coffee or tea in the room. You have to buy it and lineup for a five dollar cup of coffee in the morning. Seems like they could have some coffee stations for casino Garzón guests most places do what’s the problem??

The pool side furniture was ripped and torn and dirty.

The room was amazing, so clean, fresh and stylish. The room was very comfortable. Our room had a view of the strip and you could see the sphere on the strip. The restaurants in the hotel were great too.

We just wished the number of towels had been taken into consideration when restocking the room. One night, we didn't get any towels and had to call down. The other night, we were only given 3 and we had 4 guests.
