The AC system & especially AC filters in the rooms need to be better maintained. It hot during our stay so we were running the AC and it smelled very moldy and caused severe allergies & sinus issues when in the room with it running. AC was pumping in the lobby and restaurant but smelled clean and didn’t cause any issues so we quickly realized it was isolated to the room.

Modern building with a good view, comfy bed, and spacious shower. Staff were very friendly. Location was great! We loved the river north area.

We wanted either floor to ceiling window with a view of the lake or a balcony and because your hotel offered a balcony we chose your hotel. Our suit came with two and to our dismay they were sealed shut and could not be accessed

We loved the location, the convenience of the restaurant downstairs as well as the hotel ambiance. The show we had in our room was AAAAmazingly nice!! Très magnifique

I was disappointed to see the hotel especially the room to look so different and old in a one year spent. The shower was leaking water. The furniture was old and look old, with sketches on sides. This room had a standing shelf that was broke and very hard to use. But the surrounding was obviously visible.

The hotel is in a great location and we stayed there last year. The hotel area was nice including the restaurant. The room was cleaned during our stay with fresh towels. The bed was comfortable. We enjoy our stay.

The curtain between the bathroom and the room. I think a proper wall between the bathroom and bedroom would give people more privacy. It was uncomfortable. It'd also be good to have complimentary water in the room. Also the sound in the elevator - the beeping at each floor - was very annoying.

Excellent room with large floor to ceiling windows, huge and comfortable bed. Overall very clean. The location was amazing. We walked to and from the hotel.

This hotel was in a perfect spot! So close to so many restaurants, shopping, and just a 5 min walk to public transportation. The staff were all so helpful and even gave us an upgraded room for our anniversary.

While the room itself was a nice size, it felt a bit old. Some of the flooring had chips in it and generally looked a bit worse for wear. As a solo female traveler, I would have liked there to have been a secondary lock I could have engaged on the door.

The room itself was nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the washroom was a nice size. The front desk staff were personable, and while I didn't need any additional help from them they seemed very capable of addressing any of my questions.

Just a few small things the shower didn't have a door on it so it was very hard not getting water everywhere. And I didn't like the fact that you couldn't use a debit card without a chip it was good enough to pay for my room online and everything else like the spa and the restaurant but not to put the deposit on. 😞I almost wouldn't have been able to stay there if I hadn't had a credit card. This would have ruined my Boyfriend's Birthday surprise I would have lost my money for the spa I had scheduled on his Birthday the next morning and the Bulls Game not to mention the hotel would have kept my money I had already paid for the room.

I appreciate the location it was close to the United Center. It felt very safe and comfortable. The Spa is always relaxing such a great place.
