We had to move rooms twice and was not accommodated and we stood there for from the 29of February to the 12th of March .. We had water leaking in one room in the bathroom and then move to another room where the water was leaking from the ceiling ask if we could be accommodated to a discount or something told us we could because we were staying extended time and never did it was raining it was very loud neighbors were banging knocking on our doors at 3:00 in the morning when we had were there on an emergency with the family member that was in ICU in the hospital

The people in the next room were banging on the walls, arguing, shouting, all night. We didn't feel safe and the staff didn't do anything about it. In the morning the Dallas police arrived.

I was told before I paid for the room it was a walkin shower. There was a bathtub which I struggled to get in and out There was painted over mold. The cot I slept on was a single overly used less than 6 inches high nattress that sunk to the cot frame and I kept sinking into mattress springs. Outside the door was a bunch of construction waste. Boxes wook trash. It was a handicap accessible room that was clear in the back very isolated feeling trying get myself in the room made me get my pepper spray out. The heater ran constantly. It never went expertiselI had loud noise from the unit all nightmare long.The motel experience used to be only a notch down from a hotel experience. SoI meant take pictures of the mold in room 111.. Motel 6 youve gone wayyy down....

Blatant LGBTQ++ discrimination, lying to exclude paying customers, refusing to refund after they profile you, kick you out and threaten to call the police for an incident that never occurred. Rooms are filthy. Some sort of insect infestation Idk if it was roaches, ants bedbugs, but something feasted on us while we slept. Corrupt and disgusting. Save the money and sleep in an actual sewer. It will be cleaner and more peaceful.

I didn't like how staff can't explain or even know why I cannot stay there. It's in the computer screen it tells you that I can no longer get a room, but it has to why that is. This was an alright place. Nothing fancy, stained towels and face cloths. They were washed but I guess when the stains are still visible it's no big deal. The people that run it are not very friendly. They picked the wrong business to be like they are and not be friendly. Confrontational if you even ask about prices. People skills are non-existent. For the price it's okay. Kinda out of the way but not too much. So you decide for yourself. I'm being completely honest about my review.

I liked that the property is close to the American Airlines Center!! Great for events. The staff is amazingly nice and courteous. The janitorial staff is especially amazing. The rooms are SPOTLESS!

The room had a strong foul smell/odor the moment you walk in. Smells like old dirty wet mops. The facility itself inside is very old and worn. The bed is squeaky.. Dingy paint and not clean looking at all.

I left my laptop and my son left his remote control car and it took us more than a day to figure out they were both missing and the staff took pictures of everything in the room that was left and they had available for me as soon as I was able to come pick it up, they were great!! tip your housekeeper. Please leave a tip for the housekeepers. They work hard!!! The beds are standard full-size beds if you get a double which are ok but i tend to like a little bit more cushion but for the price it was just right
