I didn’t really care for the location but it was close to the expressway so you could get to places easily!!

The lighting and ventilation in the bathroom was subpar, if not completely absent. The heating and cooling system also seemed in operational, as it is winter and the heat did not turnover.

The cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the location was very welcoming and serene. There was also a convenience bar for quick snacks and supplies that was useful. We also loved the size of the suite. It was spacious and furniture was well spaced.

The breakfast was overpriced with a poor selection of food (and you had to request juice or water). The car parking was a faff to sort and expensive.

Room was clean and spacious. The fitness centre was well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location, a short drive away from Downtown. You can hear the noise of the traffic though.

The breakfast was pricey for what was offered on the buffet & parking was also. The mattress for the couch pull out was horrible and we were unable to use it. The bed covering on main bed had a stain also.

I didn’t like that there wasn’t a microwave in the room and the internet wasn’t free.

I loved the layout of the room and space. Everything was comfortable and easy to move around in the room.

The alarms went off at 2:00Am it was not a good night and a lot of people where scared as well when that happened the elevators stoled working and we had to take the staff elevator because of the emergency.

I liked how clean and well organized thing where as well as how the staff was nice as well , well mannered and liked the location of the hotel.

Something I really did not like was that they give a very small amount of toiletries.

First of all I love the room. I got the king suit. The bed was so comfy. Everything was very clean. The location is perfect if you want to be close to downtown, but not exactly where you need a valet. I highly recommend. Pool I loved. This is the first time I rate a hotel, because of how much I liked it.

We only stayed one night so that we could catch a flight the next day. The room was excellent for the price and provided a mini fridge, desk, living room, and separate bedroom. I could see us staying here in the future for longer visits to the Dallas area and will definitely consider it in the future.

We really got there just long enough to sleep and leave. I can't think of anything I'd change for that situation. However, we did decide to have breakfast there. They said they charged for the breakfast so I expected it to be restaurant quality, even diner quality food. However, it was the same, free, continental breakfast we get at other hotels. I would just make the suggestion that the food be improved to merit the charge for it.

The room was great, and the location is very close to the hospital we were there to visit. We arrived late at night, and the night clerk was very helpful when I asked for a handicapped accessable room. We decided to try the breakfast, not knowing what to expect since they charge for it. The service was excellent! The lady attending the dinning area even brought me fresh tomato slices to have with my meal.
