You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesDue to Covid, breakfast was not included ( which would have been fine if the website and registration did not advertise it). The shower was quite hard to regulate between cold and scalding hot. The room was dusty like it had not been wiped down in sometime. The staff member who checked me in was not the friendliest and seemed to be annoyed.

There was no breakfast. When wee arrived there were 3 polices cars there with a woman in handcuffs. The main lobby was clean. When we went to use the elevator there were two hampers full of trash next to the elevator door. All I thought of was what will the room look like. To our amazement the room was absolutely the best we stayed in on our vacation.

This past visit was just poor. The gentleman behind the desk has little to no personality. The room was so outdated and dirty. The lobby was not welcoming at all. I would give it another try, but at a much lower price $70ish.
