The tv in room 226 did not work & they could invest in some warmer blankets.

I liked the fact that the bed was comfortable.

No breakfast like they said, gave out expired old milk and yogurts. Too noise when we are in the room.

Breakfast is no no, I called ask why they said sorry. Next day they gave out expired yogurts, all expired on 12/25/2023. I stayed on 2nd. Rare food is served. Included too much money for extra after rate. Too noise around the room. Blanket was dirty.

The breakfast area and entrance smelled like mold. The pillows were terrible, the AC made a loud noise that prevented a well night rest, bathroom tub was dirty, we had a towel that was dirty before use, cigarette burn in the sheets, blankets were stained.

I was able to book last minute.

It wasn’t clean, towels were dirty and the room was super dusty. The bed was super uncomfortable. It felt like I was sleeping on the floor, my back was hurting from sleeping on that hard rock bed.

Front desk lady was really nice. Their kiosk assistant machine was pretty cool and very convenient.

The breakfast, is very cheap with little to no options being available. The building is very poorly taken care of. The hallways and inside of the building smells like marijuana, while the lobby bathroom is horribly dirty. The room itself was comfortable and nice, but literally everything else was horrible, and for that reason I cant say I would recommend this hotel to anybody. The property looked nowhere near as nice and comfy as the pictures online suggested which was a very big inconvenience as I would prefer that my hotels be nice and safe. I did not feel like this hotel was nice.

The room was decently comfortable. It was in a very convenient location compared to where we needed to go.

I called for a late check out which was provided but the guy cleaning the room still made me leave after being granted late check out saying no exceptions. why provide late check out if staff isn’t going to abide by that rule

Hard bed, wet towel in the bathroom on checkin, dirty bath tub walls, 4 pillows and no pillow cases. One tv worked but other tv only 1 channel and Could not change. Iron board old iron burns and stains, bathroom door did not close all the way.

Window blind in room wouldn’t open, damaged. No closet or hangers to hang clothes. No coffee maker in room. No breakfast as advertised. Although clean, towels had noticeable stains.

Convenient location, close to town and major arteries. Nice staff.

Upon arriving they tried charging more than the quoted price for an additional $40. Although the beds were comfy and linen appeared top be clean, I suffered from bed bug bites and still recovering from them
