I got scabies. I am not kidding. The hotel is filthy- the tile grout in the bathroom was moldy, the electrical outlets sparked when I plugged in my devices. The woman I talked to at check in was unhelpful and rude. My company had secured the room for my trip, when I got there she told me I needed the actual card the reservation was under or a photo copy. It was 9 pm on a Saturday. When I explained that this was going to be difficult at that time of day, she told me about all the customers she has that run out on their bill and take advantage of her*. I said maybe I should find another spot then and she replied “good luck” ( which was true everything was booked) then she told me if I found someplace, she would charge me for the full 9 days of my stay. I managed to talk to HR that night and sort it out, but my HR director also approved( after seeing pictures) a hotel up grade and I moved there the next day. *This was clearly true- as there was not a phone, clock, hair drier or anything you could remove from the room in it.

same as above there w nothing we liked about this place. Brakfast you had to order toast and fro their menu. poor selcetions.

We were locked oou of our room once and locked into our room and oculdn't get out. For safety reasons I would never stay sat this place again. The locks weren't working and had to call the desk several times. but if there had been a fire we wouldn't have been able to get out of our room

The building is falling apart the breakfast is frozen waffles the staff are ill equipped to do their jobs properly and they do not service the rooms very well they also make you pay a deposit on the room even though the rooms you stay in have been smoked in and damaged in many way the bed I stayed on was partially caved in

Website says rooms are remodeled, the shower head in 121 came to my forhead, and I'm 5 ft 8 in. The tile was pulled loose from the wall and the rear exit was bolted shut. Yet the emergency evaluation plan showed to use it in case of a fire.

The staff was unfriendly, there was an actual meth pipe left in our hotel room. The floors had not been cleaned, the beds were very uncomfortable and to get to our room we had to walk thru a group of people sitting in the lobby with cases of beer drinking.
