The first room they had me in appeared very dirty, freaked like cigarettes, the bathroom had grouse looking stuff on the walls smelled like mold and looked used. The joining door to the room next to me was broken open so it seemed as though whoever was staying in the room next to it was also using that room to smoke in & the bathroom.

Breakfast going on a longer to accommodate those guests who don't necessarily wake up early. I thought that there could have been better pillows on the beds or more of them. The fridge was on the smaller size for anything or keep anything frozen. Ice cream melted and ruined.

We made a 7 day reservation online and only had a couple small issues once we got to the hotel. Checking in and out was a breeze, although we were blind sided by the required safety deposit but was refunded on the last day when we checked out. Our entire stay went great except for when we wanted to extend our stay another night, we had issues with that.. but it was a weekend with an event that happens every year that brought alot of people from all over and they were completely booked and didnt have a room for us to stay another night.. Every hotel in 30 miles was booked up with not a single room available. But they were understanding and didn't charge us extra for a late check out! The rooms were very clean, the towels were nice and fluffy, and the wifi was fast and only slowed during the normal peek hours. All hotel staff was helpful, friendly, and polite. Breakfast was awesome, I enjoyed all the different options they offered. The pool was beautiful and inviting, made relaxing by the pool after a long day a dream come true. The sound of the water flowing over the rocks down a small waterfall was tranquil. I had a great stay overall and cannot wait for next time.

1 room key did not work in door and window locks left open I was able to open door by putting my hand in after opening unlocked window I will always check windows from now on for our safety if we would of gotten door unlocked and fell asleep someone could have came in to room while we were sleeping

Reserved this hotel in advance and specifically asked for a ground floor and again at check in. Did not get what i asked for and no elevator. The parking was on the back side of the building and was terribly inconvenient to be placed all the way in front side of the hotel, and only one hand cart to on and off load suitcases and eveything needed with everybody needing to use it.. The breakfast in the morning was awful,the hotel could not keep up with the amount of people who stayed they were always out of everything. They could not even keep up with something as simple such as coffee.They did the bare minimum for continental breakfast, and I mean bare minimum. No fruit, no yogurt, cold gravy, cold packaged eggs, (fake) and no batter to make waffles, empty juice machines. The pet deposit was way out of bounds for the type of hotel which i would rate as a level 2 star. , unbelievable, alot of the elderly could not afford the $225 deposit. I travel alot and never have seen anything quite like it. When I checked in, I ask if there was a possibility to extend a day, the clerk said no that they were booked without even checking. Went back in the evening and a very nice gentleman extended me without a problem. I would never ever recommend this hotel for a physically challenged person. I would not stay again. The only good thing was it was within walking distance to about 4 fast food places.

The air conditioner ran 24/7 and at one time quit altogether but was started again by staff. the sink was pulled away from the wall and was not fixed, the seat in the shower was torn and moldy , it was reported but all the maintenance person did was try to clean out the mold on the torn piece, it stunk.

The check in staff person went on and on about a 50 buck deposit that was not revealed until I arrived. She said it would take 4 to 5 days for the deposit to disappear...it was gone by the next day but hindered our ability to get food with the unexpected deposit

We've stayed her a few times before, once for 2 weeks during Hurricane Irma & never had any issues but this time, the room smelled like a barn...like a mix between hay & manure, we found 3 roaches in the room over the course of the night, the smoke alarm in our room went off every hour the entire night, shower leaked all over bathroom floor, pillows were tiny & too soft, left with terrible neck pain.

the rooms are shabby. in need of some serious cleaning. black mold in the bathrooms, carpet coming up from the floors. I read the reviews ahead of time and anticipated the roach/pest issue... the first thing we saw were roaches coming out from under the phone area. The trash was very piled up outside, it just seemed like a local hotel for people needing a quick place to stay. The hot water barely worked. I do not see myself staying here again, I had to inspect the bedding for bugs, I did not like the comforter, it felt dirty.

it was a simple overnight stay, seemed more for truckers and locals. the beds were comfortable.
