Felt rushed in the morning. House keeper came outside the window of the room walked back and forth, parked cart by the door and came in the room. It was only just past 10am. Check was at 11am.

It had Hungry Howie's across the street, free adequate breakfast, (could amp up the choices a little) the price was good, and close to where I had to go.

We had a Service Dog and when we checked in, they were fine with it, but the next morning one of the workers or owners were super rude stating that they didn't allow pets. When my husband presented the card the guy was even ruder and said everyone can get one of those. Needless to say we will never stay there again. Our service dog was trained differently than others due to her purpose to our family and her handler. She detects strangers and YES barks to let us know people are there. And she detects when my husband's insulin in his body is high or too low. He is Diabetic.... Service Dog is 10 as well....

Sparse breakfast selection, coffee was not good. No ice bucket in room. Asked for one at the front desk. They brought one to my room. I went to get ice from the machine and it was broke. I went back to the front desk and asked for some ice and they didn't have any. Why didn't they tell me when I asked for the bucket?

Would not replace bed sheets. Had to go ask twice at the office for more towels. The room had bugs. Smoke detector and light fixtures hanging from the wall.

The floor was filthy, it needs mopped. After a shower my feet were black from the floor. I also saw two bugs I believe to be German cockroaches.

The floor in the room was filthy, my daughters feet were black from walking around for 15mins. We wore our shoes inside the whole time. The fridge was leaking water, I think the freezer was melting. The location is loud, we got a room right by the office and the road was loud and people were outside most of the night talking/yelling.

The tv in the room was new and the beds were comfortable. The internet was fast.

Now it was my last night there but still.in the bathroom of the hotel I thought it was the toilet leaking and when I went to talk to front desk the manager told me to go find the housekeeper who was nice but told me to go get him because it was a leak from the ceiling and he had to deal with it and said the would get some one In there to fix it. Over all not coming here again .

The pool was nice but a little dirty and by the road the cleaning staff was very nice and made sure I had plenty of clean towels

The bright light that shines in the window when you're trying to sleep. The constant street traffic noise. That you can hear everything outside your door. Need better windows/doors.

The pool was extremely dirty and looks nothing like the pictures. The continental breakfast was only toast and cereal. I usually don't complain but they didn't even have Bagels, jelly, or juice. Coffee with no creamer.

The room was very nice and had two queen-size beds and a flat-screen TV that was mounted on the wall. Great water pressure with a bathtub.

Breakfast was suppose to be included. They had no food out you had to ask for a bagel they Brang one each out. Cereal was there but no spoons had to eat it with a fork. They need to go to Hampton inn and view the breakfast bar.

There was no full breakfast like displayed the pool was not working they over charged me I still had to pay 111.00 out of my pocket on arrival. Even though I had told them I was coming in at 3am Saturday morning they told me it would be 50.00 instead it was a 111.00 I was very upset

This is a place you stay at just to sleep and shower. My room was clean but smelled like smoke. Very basic and not worth the price. This motel should be charging a lot less!

Located very close to the Apopka airport. This is why I selected this motel.

The ice machine by lobby didn't work and the room had a a smell to it when you open door. The blow dryer didn't work and only had bar soap it the bath room
