I don’t like the fact that I got kicked out for calling the police for protecting myself against Domestic Violence, with all the illegal activities going on Drug dealing , prostitution y’all kick me out

It has one elevator and no good parking. It was basically in the hood weird things kept happening.

Quite a few "shady looking characters" were in the parking lot. The breakfast was pretty lame.

My main issue was that the room smelled of smoke. I had arrived off a Transatlantic flight so just wanted to go to bed. I have a slight asthma problem and this wasn't helped by the smoke smell. The corridor outside the room was very littered with debris of food bits. The room itself was ok. The place had a bit more of a run down feeling than I was expecting. I never got to try breakfast as I got down just after 9am (My fault for being a little late). There was just nothing left at all. It was like the locusts had descended and cleaned out everything.

Well being I had to come down for a funeral this was the closest hotel to my aunts house. When we first got there I felt the ghetto. We got checked into our room smooth staff was ok. The elevator need to be fixed it’s missing buttons but when we got off on the 3rd floor it had a smell to it. Got in the room it was decent but the bathroom smelled like throw up and I couldn’t deal with that so i cleaned it myself (anywhere I go I do extra cleaning). The shower head leaked water it needed to be fixed! But it was an ok stay. They need to keep some cream cheese for those bagels they had! I had to eat it plain and I was sad lol.

Abit Outdated , passage hall needs work , Breakfast is boring . Don’t know if it’s guess ,people visiting or maybe even permanent residence that’s loitering around making a noise and fighting , was there for just one night and court some action going on outside .

We come here every weekend and the service has been great every time anything we need there knocking at the door right away the front desk manager name mano always has great customer service Everytime we walk in love staying here will be back next weekend for sure

The only thing I didn't like is how I can't wake up in the morning to eat my breakfast free food but when I do wake up I love the food I love my orange juice and the eggs ❤️❤️❤️

This place is really great they are patient once you've been there over 10 days you get good discount the staffs are clean and respectful the best thing that I like is my privacy and how quiet it is but it also feel like a good place to stay so that's why I'm rating in 10

I stayed in room 116 and the door wouldn't lock. I told the manager and he suggested that i pull up on the door for it to lock. That only works outside. The manager said ill give u a discount next time. But there will not be a next time. Can u imagine how much rest one gets staying in a room the doesn't lock properly. Our safety was compromised. Talk about a restless night. I did not feel like our safety was a priority to management. I definitely want a refund...

People hanging on property who don't have a room not a good look lack security but police presence i have seen
