There was hair from the previous stayers. The breakfast was just bread and coffee.

Didn't use both rooms had last minute complications. And your no refund policy! No longer offers fresh breakfast only danishes and crappy coffee. Door card reader barley works had to try a both cards repeatedly to unlock the door everytime. The bathroom walls were dirty. No chairs to sit in. No ice bucket and the TV remote barely worked also.

We didn't get to check in. For whatever reason, when we arrived the front desk said they weren't able to charge my card, so they cancelled our reservation! The lady at the front desk said she tried to call me, but I had no missed calls or voicemails from them. My husband offered to try his card instead. The front desk said "Okay, but unfortunately don't have your reservation anymore so the room will be $267/night, is that okay?" Ummm no?! The price when we booked the room for 3 nights was $97/night!! We couldn't find any hotel near by for under $120/night, so we drove back home and our daughter who is autistic was extremely disappointed ☹️

Place was not like the online picture. Was old and looked.like it needed work. Plus room was old and smelled . I'm sorry I don't want it to sound like I'm complaining I just have to be fair to others and speak the truth. Please invest and fix this facility and post actual pictures its only fair.

The woman at the front desk was very hostile with me. She questioned me on why my reservation name didn't match the name on my ID. I explained to her that the name on my ID was my full legal name and my reservation name was my middle name plus the last name on my ID. I don't think she understood me because she accused me of being rude. I began explaining that I wasn't being rude and she went on to say "do you want a room or not". I felt threatened with not getting a room. If anyone was being rude it was the employee. I've stayed at many Days Inn and I've never been treated this horribly by other employees. Regarding the room: The bathroom door did close all the way. There were new brackets on it and they either were not the right size or they should've shaved the door so it would close correctly.

The only thing I liked was the bed and pillows. They were both comfortable.

The light in the restroom worked only when it wanted to. The bathtub was dirty. The sheets on the bed didn't even fit the mattress.

I liked how the room was very dark. We were able to sleep in.

They went through 3 rooms before they found one ready where the locks and lights worked. It needs updating.

the room was disappointing. when entering, the wall behind the front door had several roughly patched holes. Also: Bathroom door did not complete close and it was in serious need of paint Bath faucet was broken. the right faucet was loose and wobbles. Baseboards in the room were either in need of paint or dirty or both. Several spots looked like the paint had scraped off
