First room I was placed in smelled like smoke. Water for the shower was lukewarm. There is no continental breakfast.

The place was empty, so I was given an upgrade to a king bed. Bed was comfortable. The first staff person I talked to was nice.

Key wouldn't work after check in, was confirmed for a king bed but told none were available when I arrived. Was offered a king smoking or a queen nonsmoking instead for same price. Although only a mild inconvenience it didn't make me feel appreciated as a customer. Unsavory characters in parking lot at 3 am. Next time I will go across the street to a slightly better location.

Their were tiny roaches crawling all over the room. Very disappointing and disgusting. Got my money back late that night and had to change hotels and had a long hard day of with the next evening

Broken lampshades and non working lights, swimming pool was empty/closed, breakfast room was closed and breakfast "menu" very disappointing. Even after reporting the broken lamps and need for working light bulbs, nothing was done in the two days we were there. We had booked for a third day, but cancelled and moved on.

The soap dispensers in the bathroom were both empty, and our sink was clogged. I tried to wash my hands and the water never went down from there.

The front desk attendant was fantastic and friendly, definitely made the Inn seem very promising :)

AC unit was loud. Tub creaked every time I moved in it. Bed looked very old. The sheet came off one of the corners and I saw a dark stain on the corner. On top of One of the drawers, was something white and dried up! It could have been dried up milk. But it was not comforting to know the room was possibly not fully cleaned.

kind of dumpy… bed sheets and cover were uncomfortable… it said they provided breakfast but then I received the usual due to Covid excuse.. they offered nothing. I think the photos for the Chico motel were from a different ABV motel…

Mattresses and blankets were old. Caulking in bathrooms very unprofessional. Like someone just put it on with their hands. Just seems all thrown together with no rhyme or reason. Kinda like well as long as people are paying. I was comfortable though. No ill will. Could paint the railings outside and pressure wash the deck. Plus their were some roaches. The stairs are to far away from the middle upper rooms. Should have another staircase in the middle. Just frustrating when you forget something and then have to walk 100 yds back to the car.

The bathroom walls and fixtures were run-down looking. Not enough towels. No soap by the sink, only “conditioner.” No hand towel rack. The toilet was old and slow. I saw a cockroach run across the floor and hide. The bathroom garbage can (only garbage can in the room was by the front door. There was a hole in the upper wall by the door; stuffed with toilet paper to plug the hole (unacceptable).

The bed was comfortable. Having coffee and a microwave in the room was good.

The room # was 201. At first seemed that it was renovated. On a closer look, it seemed everything was slapped together. Some of the floor tiles were lifting up, possible safety issue. The bathroom faucet had crumbling caulking at the base. Stiff towels. Extension cord used due to the lack of plugs. 2 of the 3 lamps unplugged. Paint never cleaned up. Most important was the gap in the door that let in cold air. Had to use my own jacket as an extra blanket.

The front desk clerk who's name was Justin was great. He was attentive and helpful. He also dealt with a trespasser correctly and they left with no incident. The location was convenient. Justin also mentioned that some of the rooms were renovated. There was a brand new mirror in the bathroom which looked great. The closet was nice and big and clean.
