You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesCheck in took too long. After a very long stressful day driving, the girl couldn't find my reservation. When she did I couldn't get my reward points put on it.
Breakfast was after we left. Didn't get any! I tried to get my reward points credited for the stay but it didn't happen! 🤪 The walls are paper thin. Some guy was talking so loud that it woke us up. Baby crying in another room and another guy kept using his key fob to lock his car at 4 in the morning. His horn was beeping numerous times. The tub needed cleaning. Beds are hard. The internet had cheaper prices but I couldn't get them.

United StatesIt smells horrible outside and around the hotel. Not so clean bathrooms and floors. The first room I had didn’t have hot water. When I called the front desk, the guy lied and said the main water line had broken which was a lie because it would’ve effected all the water. We ended up moving to another room. United StatesIt was disgusting. Burn holds on beds tub ice bin . Terrible smell the desk man was completely rude and used harsh tones actually told me to shut my mouth. We left after first night. It was awful. Desk clerk had me in tears. I asked for a refund for remaining day since we left but have not received it. Would not recommend this place to a RAT it was too foul for even that!
