There are cards for door opening instead of traditional key and it deosn't work, we had to touch card reader many many times to open the door. The room smelled of damp. There is no kettler in the room and microwave oven was not plugged in.

There is a swimming pool and it wasn't crawded.

Being perfectly honest, this place need some serious remolding. Room doors looks like someone tried to break in, no phones in rooms (better have your cell phones). not enough free outlets to charge your devices. I just dealt with this with the understanding this is just overnight before boarding a cruise ship.

Price was what we wanted just for an overnight stay to cruise out the next morning.

The Receptionist was not helpful. When we asked about attractions nearby and about visiting Kennedy Space Centre, she did not seem to know anything about these. We also asked about where to eat nearby and she did not help. Another guest who had overheard us suggested some places. The hotel was really out of the way. The room was ok but I would not have want to stay any longer. There was coffee available in the reception area though.

I typically don't like to rate low but the room was not handicap accessible though the tub was. It was a impossible to get her wheelchair pass the bed and dresser. Their was some criminal activity going on all night and early morning they just was going from room to room being loud and sitting in front of our window talking. Please have someone to check every so often. Do a deep cleaning at least once a month we found mold behind the nightstand. I don't want to get anyone in trouble just to inform you so your felicity can grow and get better business.

The bed was clean but the rest of the place did not look or smell clean.

The carpet in the room was dirty and there was the smell of marijuana around the pool area. There was no alarm clock or telephone in the room as advertised.

The carpets were so dirty it colored our socks black and the room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke even though it's a non smoking hotel. There was a lighter on a chair as if it was thoroughly cleaned.

the noise from the ac unit, the running toilet and vent noise, the leaking fridge and then the leak coming from the next door unit wetting my shoes and clothes that were on the floor. Still waiting to hear from the manager that I was told would be in on Monday.

I thought the units could use a lil updating. The bathrooms could be better.

I can say that everything fell right into place. we arrived late and the service was excellent to get us squared away for the night. Breakfast was by far delicious and the shuttle was there right on time to get us to port. My fiance and I recommend this hotel and will be back next year.

They don't seem to take seriously the smoking policy as the smell of smoke was everywhere and we had to change a room because of it. (We had four rooms) The hotel is showing some wear with the carpet etc. and we had some problem with toilets flushing etc.

The gal at check in was very kind and Charles helped us several times during the evening including getting the picnic area ready. His service was a highlight. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The pool area was nice and welcoming.
