We’ve stayed at this facility for the last 5 years. The property is deteriorating with little or no repair. The staff has been given over from the owner and his immediate family to the next generation who seems to not care. Had to ask five times for a simple question. Went to breakfast with the intention of staying until check out time but the desk staff said we had checked out early and had housekeeping clean only to come back to the facility to be told we were not allowed back in the room. Staff didn’t seem to understand our request to revisit the room and housekeeping blocked the door and refused entry. Waiting to speak to management or Wyndham now

The surroundings and actual room were very dirty. It appeared that housekeeping does not know how to clean nor leave a room feeling fresh. The furniture was missing a whole drawer, the remote had tape to hold the batteries. Overall cleanliness was horrible. Me and my son pulled out whatever we could find in the car so we didn't have direct contact with the bed. Couldn't wait to get out of there.

Check-in went smoothly and fairly quickly. There were no neighbors so fairly quiet. The water was hot and pressure good but the shower curtain was jacked up so the water went everywhere. AC worked.

Overall the staff was nice but we should have had more towels and wash cloths available. There were 3 adults in the room and only enough towels and wash cloths for one adult. The room had roaches, both small and large. For breakfast, there should have been better choices, being as though it was a continental style breakfast; such as fruits, microwavable oatmeal, and/ or muffins.

Staff was extremely rude to me. I had a horrible morning and was very distraught, I approached the employee at the desk and witnessed me struggling and knew I was distraught as I was crying. I asked for the rate. And was kind and polite under the circumstances; my ride left me at this hotel with all my luggage and broke my luggage bag wheels and I had to move my items to the lobby, (employee witnessed) didn't offer help nor caring responses, instead was rude and threatened to kick me off the property, knowing I was clearly without a vehicle. I unfortunately had my vehicle stolen in San Antonio and I'm from California, I've been stranded in San Antonio and finally got a way back to California, just needed a place to stay while I await the three day train ride. I got the proper form of ID and payment and it took me a second, but I got it all wirhin 15 min. Paid for the room and all I was told is, "your room is right around the back, first door". Mind you, never been to this hotel, and my identification shows I'm from out of state, but because I didn't want to get kicked off the property or lose out on the money I barely had, I said to myself , "find the room yourself and bite your tongue. " So I loop around the building only to find no guest rooms just all the front lobby and dining area.... Well I finally find the room with all my broken luggage, sweating in heat and exhausted and distraught, only for the door not to open. I had to carry everything back and forth til I got in a room... It was a nightmare and I get it people have bad days or bad experiences with humans similar to my lifestyle but I'm not like everyone else. So if this is all about being discriminant I would love to file a major complaint against this rude employee. And now I'm not getting my deposit back.... And I know for a fact because I stay at a lot of hotels.

The location was close to the train station I was going to be using for travel back home.

We entered the room and the toilet did not flush. I sat down in the chair and arm fell off the already broken chair. I as led for a refund but the clerk stated I was in the room for more than 15 minutes and wouldn’t credit my account

Shower water only ever got to warm and fixture felt like it was not secure in the wall.

Location is close to everything. We stay at this hotel almost exclusively when we come to San Antonio. Quiet. The pool was immaculate. Bed was comfortable.

extremely dirty, things were broken, the toilet wasn’t attached to the floor, holes in the bedding, the place had a weird smell all the way around, the area seemed unsafe and family broke out in rashes after sleeping in bed. the manager who checked us in made weird comments about how many girls by themselves were checking in.

It was not clean, and the toilet didn’t work so we called the front desk and they directed us on how to fix it. They should have had everything fixed and ready for the stay, instead of making the customers to it. trying to fix a toilet was not on my agenda while on my trip, and it was not clean either.

The Property is not in good condición, the room smelled humidity, there were holes in the bathroom, spider webs, bugs, not very clean, in fact one day they didn't clean it, breakfast terrible and poor, front desk attention the day of our arrival not friendly, really disappointed of the Property in general.

The property was literally dirty look like an abandoned hotel. We were the only guests there the room were filthy. The ceiling was patched up with different color paint. The toilet was broken. The coffee pot was in the bathroom area. It was horrible. We could not stay there. We had to go and rent another hotel, and they refused to refund your money, even though we got there at 11 AM before our check in time at 3 PM. The toilet was broken. The coffee pot was in the bathroom area.
