Ummmmmm how about if they shut down..This was the most miserable ,dirty ,no careing ,poor customer sevice place I have ever been ..I will not ever go back and do not recomend to anyone.I didn't like the cig burns in the sheeets,the (i guess it was the blanket) had burns as well,the only staff they had was the managers(maybe owners(couldnt tell and when i complained and ask for the bathroom floors to be mopped because my shoes stuck to the floor.the sheets to be changed (w/no cig burns this time and little black specks on them),a new microwave with no rust and the glass plate with it so I could micreo my breakfast that they were supposed to have,a wash cloth would be nice ,ummm my lord I could write a book the female(manager i guess..(She had keys) told me to tell the housekeeper ..well I did ..the housekeeper said she didnt work there anymore..she quit but the"manager"called her and ask her to please clean some rooms for them..Apparently ..from what I gather ..Management didnt know how to pay their (use to be staff)..Like I said I could write a book.I have a great title in mind ,how about Amityville Horror"

There was NO breakfast..No Coffee not even vending machines for snacks.only had 2 soda machines..I dont drink sodas.They advertised breakfast.They didn't even open the lobby like most do.Just wear a mask out of the question i guess.Only reason i went with this room and price was so i didnt have to go get breakfast or coffee in the morning.I had to buy my own cffee maker and frozen breakfast from walmart..Only thing I liked about this trip was when I left ..

This hotel was sleazy, we left after we learned about ti being infested with spiders. In every corner of the room, the curtain rod by the wall. The bathroom door didn't close, it was scraping against the floor. The vent was hanging from the ceiling and real sleaze bag hotel, more like a motel. Just awful.

There wasn't any hand towels and the bath towels all had stains, the toilet bowl was loose, the sheets and pillow cases had cigarette burns and holes, the microwave was not clean and it smelt of burnt popcorn, the tv remote was held together with scotch tape and it didn't work, the door safety latch was loose.

It was quiet at night. I wasn't there during the day.

The breakfast area shut down. No coffee, no security, no furniture, No warm bed sheets, Bed bugs, Looks like a place for drug addicts to stay. I even found condoms' in the drawer while looking for a Bible. I could go on and on.. Whatever you do,,,, do not stay in this place.

No one was at the front to check me in at my arrival time which was 2pm. After waiting for 30 minutes I decided to get out and walk around. The lady was cleaning rooms on the other side of the building. Finally my husband and I decided to leave. My room wasn't clean.

Requested a king for 2 adults and was given 2 dry off towels and 1 face cloth. Toilet dirty, hot and smelly, dresser was dusty. Asked for another set of towels and the guy was mad, told me I didn't need more towels because I only stayed one night. I expressed that the towels were used and now dirty and he was still upset.

It was the only one with a vacancy. The attendants were rude, we had to ask for towels and toilet paper, the room need cleaning. God only knows what we slept with that night! Then they charged more than the app published! Go at your own risk! We’ll sleep in our car before we stay there again!!!

Will not stay here again, and recommend no one else should either. If I could give it no stars I would. By far this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The room and bathroom are in horrid repair, and there was mold in the shower area, mold and thick dust on the filter for the air unit, No coffee pot in our room even though the website says they do, the washing machine was broken and hidden in a dark area with no light. When I asked about these issue the front desk lady just replied with "we are remodeling and some rooms just don't have everything in them" she also told me that she recommended just washing my clothes in my room sink and then use the dryer to dry them. The mini fridge/freezer would not keep drinks cold or keep Klondike bar frozen. One of the lamps in our room didn't work and had visible damage and when I looked closer I noticed exposed wires that were cut and left exposed. Don't know when our room was painted last but all they did was paint over the old wallpaper but didn't decide to finish painting when they replace a light fixture with a smaller one so the old "pink" wallpaper was visible under the grey paint in the room. In the bathroom a dog had clawed and chewed the paint off the inside of the door frame by a precious guest and nothing was done about it by the owner or maintenance. The exhaust vent in the bathroom didn't work and was hanging off the ceiling. I have stayed in some lower end hotels that were "no name" hotels and had a better room than at this national brand hotel. This hotel in my opinion is definitely not worth the price they charge per night.
