We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesStrong chemical cleaning odors. Clean, but stale air. It's a bit neglected but much less expensive than most airport hotels. A sufficient hotel for a quick overnight at the airport (unless you are sensitive to cleaning products and recycled air).
Reception was excellent!!! The night desk worker was extremely helpful and a real pleasure after a frustrating flight experience. She was awesome.

United StatesMost TV channels were of 1980 quality, ESPN (the one channel I wanted) didn't work at all. Phone did not work (plugged in, but no dial tone.) Silly little one cup coffee maker, with one pack of regular and one pack of decaf. Towel hook on bathroom door missing.
Walking distance from rent-a-car return, so saved a day rental by taking hotel shuttle next AM to airport.

The staff was very helpful. Celebrated that there was parking for the car, and the price was reasonable as we journeyed out west to visit family.

Because we booked our stay on your website instead of the hotel website, we were not able to purchase the “park and fly” package which would’ve saved us a lot of money. Instead, we were charged $10 a day to park our car there when other hotels offer it for free. Also, there was no coffee early in the morning in the lobby.

PortugalThe check in experience was not good. But we are now seeing that it is a norm in USA. In every hotel we stayed people are not friendly, all smiles or very pro active in helping you. They seem always on a rush and just want you out of there as soon as possible. Very different experience than in Europe. We had breakfast included in our stay and we weren't even informed of the time of the breakfast and where the breakfast place was. Not even a word about how to connect to WiFi or what amenities the hotel had. The person at the front desk was not rude but didn't do anything besides the basic, here is your room key.
We stayed just for a quick sleep between flights. Near the airport and had everything we needed.
