Long black hair found 3 places in the bathroom. I have red hair. AC has curtains hanging over which doesn't allow the room to stay cooler. Female at the check out was not friendly. The breakfast had nothing I could eat being Diabetic. Kid in the hallway noisy loud into my room.

Stuck in a smoking room when I requested non-smoking. Stay was very uncomfortable for us. Was told by Days Inn there were no other rooms available. Requested a bathroom cleaning and new towels, they didn’t clean the bathroom and sat the bag of new towels on the couch. Service was terrible. Outlets were not working properly, given extension cords to use in the room.

I was forced to pay an incidental fee of a $100 that was not in the information when I booked my room. They charged my room then informed me they wouldn't give me my room unless I paid the incidental fee. If I cancelled my room it would be $106 for cancellation fee. I called Priceline which transferred me and they couldn't help me because it still showed pending in my account. So I was hours away from home and they had taken $100 out of my account. I should get it back 5-6 business days. That does not help me at the time of my stay out of town. I had my grandchildren with me.

They guy at the front desk was not helpful. If you asked a question, he would just look at you. If he answered he would be rude in answering. He would answered with one word, giving no further explanation or instructions.

The rooms were nice. They were clean. Beds were comfortable.

Not in the best area and the hotel is under going remodeling. The site didn’t say anything about them remodeling. Theirs regulars that stay and they were very loud.

The bathroom was nasty. My bathroom wasn't cleaned at all by housekeeping. There were dirty towels lefts hanging on the shower. My floor wasn't mopped and my toilet was not cleaned. Which i have videos showing. The microwave was so sticky and dirty OMG! Also i paid for a non smoking room. On the tabke near the window is where i found Marijuana stems or whatever they are called. You can smell smoke soon as you entered the room. My child found cigar papers. Which i stated too front desk. Being that I've been in housekeeping business for over 7 years this is totally unacceptable. I complained too front desk and she starred at me like she didn't want too here it. This is not a place for children too stay. There is so much traffic in and out of this place. Remove if not appropriate. ( i believe this is a prostitution facility)I will never stay here again. Ever!!!! It's not allowing me too upload my videos.

The beds where very comfortable. That's the only good thing.

It is in a seedy part of town. Our first room smelled bad and looked dirty. They had obviously repaired the ceiling in the bathroom, but had not finished it. The manager did move us to a different room. She was friendly and helpful.

It was close to Busch Stadium and Gateway Arch National Park The manager was friendly and moved us to a better room.

The whole hotel needs an upgrade. The room we stayed in shower didn't work properly. The tub filled with water while you was showering. The carpet had burn marks thru the room.

The only thing I liked was we was close to the freeway.

Carpets in the room, lift and around the hallway were dirt and torn. The room smells of smoking. Facility can do with a facelift as simple as a coat of paint and new carpet. Make breakfast better

The area was sketchy. I felt safe in the hotel but I definitely was cautious and did not go out after dark. The room was not up to date. The room also was not the cleanest. Stains on the carpet, hair on the towel and possible mold on the bathroom ceiling. I did not see any insects so it wasn't horrible, but was not great either.

The staff was very friendly. The front desk lady along with the room service staff. The convenience of the location was great. Not far from downtown St. Louis.

It was very dirty everything shower flooded toilet flooded floor dirty strong cigarette smell 🤢 very noisy till 3am we saw some people taking pictures in the morning to their cars with the window broken never stop by here anymore

The room was dirty, had dirty shower curtain the bed had two pillows flat.. carpet was dirty cigarette ashes, mirror was very smerd watermarks dirty towels and face Rags had to go buy my own

They Don't have extra covers. My refrigerator on my room doesn't work. They ran out of extra towels as well..

They don't server breakfast here. I never seen no one getting breakfast from down stairs
