Steps going up to second floor were crumbling apart from the cement deterioration and entrance to steps had garbage laying around. Bathroom toilet not clean and ceiling in room cracked and falling down.

The Bathroom was not very clean. There was hair and rust throughout the tub, and I had to wipe down the toilet seat with a paper towel to get rid of a mysterious liquid.

The staff were very kind and helpful. They were attentive and were quick to reach out to me when in line at the check in station.

"Breakfast included" meant Danish and coffee only. Mouse poop found by the mini fridge. We had a non smoking room however the sheets had a cigarette burn on them. Other bed had some stain on the sheet we weren't even sure what it was. When trying to charge your phone the cord didn't stay in the outlet very well. This place is old, and rough looking. When we checked out at 6:30am two people were in the lobby area on a couch. One was fast asleep and the other was watching TV look like they had been there awhile.

The hot water didn't work, as well as the AC unit temperature control didn't work so it was either too hot or to cold in the room. There was also a water leak from the main window which had water leaking into the floor.

There was no hot water, the bottom of the bathtub was ripped up. While the beds were soft, they were so soft that it was hard to get comfortable as you kept sinking to the middle with someone else in the bed.The outlets in the room did not hold any kind of plug and if they did it was barely hanging on. Otherwise they just kept falling out. As someone who uses a c-pap machine through the night this was very irritating.

I liked that I was able to get a smoking room.

the room was outdated. only one light worked. the cable wasn’t hooked up to the tv. the bed was hard. it was a motel quality room. I would not stay here again

When we checked in they knew their hot water heaters were broken but let us check in anyways without telling us. Housing-keeping didn’t come the next morning to bring clean towels when we called and ask for them.

Nothing staff was rude. We didn't recive but one set of towels. Never came by the room to see if we need anything. They said fresh hot breakfast included was true you get a muffin and coffee the rooms smelt horrible like mildew and sewage. We have to say never staying there again.

I didn't like the fact that our room was not really clean the bathroom wasn't even touched there was a used bar of soap in the shower and it was dirty in the toilet was filthy Sephora was not vacuumed only thing to look presentable was the beds

the room was the filthiest room I have ever stayed in. It will only allow me to submit 1 photo per area of the unit, or I would have submitted a ton more…. - black mold at the bottom of wall next to AC. - feces on bathroom wall behind toilet. - trash along edge of bed. water bottles, opened packaging, tooth picks, paper towel. - shower had soap scum running down walls along with tub, tub flooring black, shower knob has soap residue, hair all over shower and curtain, bottom of shower curtain had orange coloring. - roaches, which are pictured, in unit everywhere - mattress pad had blood stains and other bodily fluids

the staff were amazing, but VERY short staffed. They were polite and informative.
