I explained enough.

Staff no where to be found at checkout. I left at 7:45 am. Just left key card at slotted window. No access to any amenities, if there even was any. Room was clean, electric plugs did not work. At least they had a working coffee maker.

Everything was good, management kept the property clean.

The location was off loop 820 North at Blue Mound road, the area has built up since I was there last. I was expecting a lot of noise, it was actually quiet and peaceful. Comfortable. The property is set back off the main roads. I laughed when I saw that Red Roof Inn had a brown Roof.

Area a little sketchy and crowd outside of the hotel made me feel a little uncomfortable coming back late at night.

Room was clean, bed was comfy. Cheap price for a last minute booking.

The noise level in other rooms that kept us up. It went on until early morning. But we were tired, so we eventually fell asleep. There was also something smeared on the bathroom door and it looked like blood. I cleaned it up.

Mr. Patel was nice and helpful.

Clean floors and not having a wash cloth to shower with

I didn’t try any of the breakfast. The rooms was ok until I noticed how dirty the floors was not to mention it hasn’t been mopped. There was cheese from a taco of the people that stayed there some time before. As I seen that I noticed spider webs in the corner. When I tried to shower there was no wash clothes and the attendant informed us they were out

Unfriendly/no customer service. Day manager parked his nice BMW where customers would normally park for arrivals or departure. Pool was a bit "dirty" and the life preserver needs R2.

There was construction on the freeway so we got detoured 18 miles to get to the location we were tired so it was an extra inconvenience . Clerk in the morning was not very polite & it took way too long to get him out of the back to give a receipt boss ring bell & waited 15 mins then left I had to ring the bell several times & waited another 10 mins before he came out then he just shoved the receipt through the window telling me it was printed & he couldn't change it to reflect the company name for book keeping reasons on my end

The entire building smells like cigarettes. My towels had stains in them. The furniture was old and beat up.

The shower needed to be cleaned, looked like it wasn’t. The Mirror was ripped off the wall. We got the wrong room but just went with it because the lobby was closed and the employee was not the most time considerate and took awhile to help.

The rooms were pretty nice not to bad. Beds were comfy and room was somewhat clean.

Lobby closed all the time, no breakfast, pet deposit required that wasn't on booking and they only take cash for it, had to wait excessive amounts of time for someone to answer the bell to get assistance, they cut off our room key everyday.

Clean room with no issues of people coming in to clean everyday.

The staff was rude and did not even try to be friendly from the start 9f the encounter. Room was not very clean, drips of soda or something all down the wall and little fridge freezer was so cakes w ice the door would not close
