No room for breakfast , not a clean place .

Nothing , the pictures on line made it look nice and it wasn’t . The room was not real clean and the bathroom toilet didn’t work right when we arrived . I had to fix it so it would flush .

Bathroom had no plug outlet that worked. It wasn't even connected to the wall. There was supposed to be a hair dryer in there and there wasn't. TV had to be turned on manually and you couldn't turn the volume up or down or mute the TV. Couldn't get internet inside the room Wasn't worth the $180 for 2 night stay

Outdated, under construction, not the cleanest but probably not the dirtiest.

When I showed up and went to the lobby there was nothing there. The whole entire lobby had the sheetrock ripped out, the ceiling was gone, wires were hanging from the ceiling. It was a mess. There was no one to there to assist with check in. I went around the corner and found someone and they told me go back to the lobby she would check me in. I went back to a tiny window beside the lobby and she checked me in. The lady was super nice. I understand they were undergoing construction in the lobby, I just wished there would have been some sort of a heads up about the situation instead of showing up to a place that looked deserted

Room lacked simple items normally a part of a room such tissues, the small inexpensive coffee maker and such. Hard to walk between the bed and TV cabinet because the open doors perturbed so far out when opened. The handicap ramps to small and rough for a wheelchair or medical scooter.

Room was dated a smelled of urine. Stains on bedsheet. Only one packet of coffee. Breakfast was a joke - coffee and prepackaged pastries of some kind. That was it. Would not recommend this hotel.

Updated room, picture missing from room, tissue in two holes in the wall, low light in bathroom could have been brighter. A bit scared to stay here due to people hanging out around the place at night.

Old, scratched, outdated furniture, no bath towels, it was a smoking room and I asked for a non smoking room. We are not smokers. The room wreaked of stale cigarette smoke. The paint on the bathroom walls was literally flaking off like pealing a hard boiled egg. Disgusting. The comforter had cigarette burn holes all over it.

It was convenient and in close proximity of whom we were visiting.

The room was dirty, there were con webs, the lamp shade was broken, the other lamp didn’t have a shade. The bedspread was dirty and had cigarette wholes on my non smoking room. The bathtub was cracked. The furniture was old and dirty. There was no breakfast not even a bagged option. Not even a coffee maker.

The room said no smoking and someone did smoke. Smoke holes in blankets, I took pictures. Tub side door laying on ground when opened the door. Wifi did not work.

The cigarette burns in the sheets and blankets. The stained up and dingy bedding. Hoping we just had the worst room in the place since we booked after 7 that night. I certainly feel like the dead bugs in the bathroom should of paid some of the $70 Room rate charge.

Did not do the breakfast. That we do not have a rash or bites after staying the night. When asked for some clean towels the front desk man went to the laundry room to get us some that were better than the ones in the room.

Typical budget motel. Thin walls/windows to exterior = constant noise. Outside entrance, outside noise from vehicles, conversations, trains... noise overhead from guest room above. Noisy fan running overnight to try to drown out the other noise. Not much sleep, but marginally better than a cot and a tent out in the snow.

No breakfast, as I had an early appointment. Lobby was locked out (as it had been at check-in around 2200). Snowing and high winds at 0500 when I left.

Cleaning staff acted like they didn't no what they were doing,one of the office staff was rude , I will not book at that days in again. Asking for room service was a joke,asked for more towels didn't get any til the next day,sink clogged up didn't get fixed for 2days coffee pot broke needed coffee didn't get a new pot for 2/3 hours and then I couldn't even use it cuz the top wasn't the right one and it didn't fit the charge(the pot) I cleaned the shower walls myself they were discusting.i was a housekeeper in a hotel for 3 years I no how they are supposed to be cleaned

It was said that we were to have a continental breakfast They didn't serve any at all.and that was listed in the booking.

The property is old and this was really a low budget motel. Not one of Wyndam’s better properties. The grout in the bathroom was dirty and probably had mold. There was a cigarette burn in the bedspread. Why are people so disrespectful of the property of others!

Beds were uncomfortable and the room didn’t smell sanitized. In the wake of a pandemic, greater care should have been made to ensure the cleanliness of the rooms. The bathroom was not clean when we arrived and there was not adequate towels or soap, one tiny bar was provided for two adult guests. One of the towels were used apparently to clean the shower, as it was hanging over the shower curtain rod, still wet!! When we contacted front desk we were told that housekeeping had already left. Which sounded odd because it was only 4:30pm.

Paint peeling off the wall and off the fridge, bedcoverings need replacing, the whole room is in desperate need of updating. They put me in a smoking room, so I left the fan blowing full blast all day to get rid of the stench. The towel racks and hanging shelf were rusty and had black gunk on them. The entire property needs to be upgraded. And the cleaning person left their wet rag next to my stuff on the desk. Ew.

Trash was removed daily.

Lots of mold in shower around caulking. Toilet seat was likely clean but it was scraped up and damaged badly it looked horrible
