There was fresh wet urine in the bed and my son laid his face in it. we were only accommodated with 2 towels for 4 people. we moved 3 rooms the first night we were there. never got any clean towels on the last night stay for 2 of us to take showers. this was the worse motel stay in my life. I will never return to this filthy dump. I have sent several messages to the property manager and still no response.

Room was awful toilet seat was painted and paint pealing off the floors were dirty the tub was dirty stains on the bed clothes was going to leave but no where else available. Bathroom looked like they didn't clean it. 2 towels for 3 guest for 3 days.

Not enough towels for 2 people. No shampoo just conditioner. Not enough coffee and refrigerator was broken and too much unmeasurable furniture made the room very small and crowded

Our non-smoking room reeked of smoke. As a result, we were moved to a queen room instead of a king room. The paint in the bathroom was peeling. The towels were thin. The breakfast was canceled. The outside door had to be slammed to make it catch.

Needed better parking for the room we stayed in. Restaurant next to facility took up most of the parking. Other than that I didn't have any complaints.

The staff was very courteous and pleasant to speak with. I would recommend this location to anyone that needs a place to stay whether it's 1 night or longer. The cleaning staff was in and out quickly but very efficient. I was amazed on how quiet it was being so close to a restaurant and highway.

Everything else. Booked my room over a month in advance; they gave it to someone else. The rooms they allowed me to look at smelled of cigarette smoke; extremely strong. I checked in around 4:30 unloaded and left. Retuned around 11 and felt very unsafe. I turned my keys in and left.

They gave our reserved room away. We got stuck in room under construction. No plug covers . No fire alarm . A real dump . Refused to refund our money for 2 weeks . Took 3 hrs for hot water and ac took 2 days to cool . I don't recommend staying here

There were no towels, none not even a wash cloth or hand towel. I picked up the phone to call the office and it had no cords. Just a unworkable phone. In the am I used my cell to call for towels was told not any towels. I noticed when leaving that there was a smoke detector that had no cover and had been gutted. When checking out I ask for my money back and canceled my second night stay. Office guy said ok give you money back and no charge for canceling because of our issues. I have not gotten a refund yet!

I will start with the good. Floors were clean and bed linen was clean.

For starters the bed was broken, broken lamps, broken curtains, holes in the walls the absolute WORSE days inn I have ever stayed in!!

One of the beds were broken we told the front desk clerk his only response was oh well I have no other rooms available. It was the worse hotel I have ever stayed at!
