Everything was misleading . The room was completely different than what I was expecting including the breakfast there was no breakfast so misleading very disgusting room I will never book there plus my husband got an insect bite 🤢

When we arrived at the hotel, we were immediately faced with a range of concerning issues that seriously detracted from our overall experience. Spotting drug residue on one of the nightstands was undeniably unsettling. To make matters worse, there was a noticeable, dark iron stain on the floorboards, accompanied by burnt drug residue, which we couldn't overlook. Adding to our disappointment was the pervasive smell of nicotine that hung in the air, compromising the expected comfort of our stay. Additionally, we found an unexpected sealed interconnecting door to the adjacent room, taped shut though it may have been. This only added to our prevailing sense of unease during our time there. As the day came to a close, we aimed to refresh ourselves with a shower. Unfortunately, the state of the bathtub was far from satisfactory, with visible dark stains and accumulated dirt on both its floor and walls. This discovery left us so disconcerted that we even resorted to wearing socks during our showers—an unusual step that underscores our dissatisfaction. It's important to note that the hotel's surroundings did little to provide the sense of security and comfort we expected. The location, particularly situated on a street in Hayward known for its less-than-ideal reputation, cast a shadow over our willingness to venture outside without some degree of trepidation.

The staff was super friendly! Very warmly welcomed and very easy to check into our room! Bathrooms came equipped with all of our needs and the refrigerator ran pretty cold!

Room looked like a trap room . Nothing in room but bed & tv no table. Just big open space where you can tell there was a table at one point but 🤷🏽‍♀️ it ain’t no more. Walls/ mdoors looked DISRESPECTFUL.

open your reception, and give your guest warm welcome.

No welcome to the facility, you check in from outside window, as if you can be a criminal. the suppose to be breakfast is offered sameway, at a small window. the reception area is clattered, and they do not allow guests to come in. The area where they keep the snacks they serve breakfast is not clean, you can see it from the window. There is no cleaning services on weekends, only change towels. some days during the week they do not clean due to short staff.

Hire more staff, open foeyr are for breakfast and offer breakfast like cereal, milk, bread.

Location is great. Cleanliness you sometimes 2 days without cleaners, they say they are short staffed. Checking is by small window and you are outside, and their breakfast consisting of children juices and cherry tarts they give you through the window.

Looked dirty Stains on floor, which could Have been removed with a putty knife. Cigarettes stains everywhere. Wouldn’t take my card because it don’t have a chip. No breakfast as stated.

It felt like a human traffic situation when we arrived. It was already late at night when we arrived. I had my babies with me and the room that was provided was already opened, it was very dark. So when we ran down the stairs to inform them a big van pulled in with guys with ski mask on. The front desk lady disappeared for awhile and was nowhere to be found. The whole situation traumatized my 3 kids. Would never recommend this place and it's also in the hood, which I wasn't aware of during the time of booking.
