I have pictures of bugs and nasty holes in the roof of the motel. I was not comfortable with using the towels that were given because the towels were nasty as well as the tub. Also the counter where the sink was cracked and broken and we had a child with us that could've gotten injured.

Pretty much very dissatisfied and disappointed with the room and everything about the facility.

It was conveniently located, but was being "remodeled", and the workers were overall rude, especially about parking. The owner, or manager, didn't speak English and was often very rude as well.

Booked with Priceline as a dog friendly hotel. Rate given was under dog friendly hotel rate but when got there had to pay $30 pet deposit which was not refundable. Then left computer by accident, manager called which was nice . We were already 3 states away and so asked if I paid the shipping could they send to me ? He said no. Wasn’t happy about that.

Employees! Bugs in room! Not allowing a refund for a big filled room on another night.

Nothing! Place had bugs all over the room! Tried to get a refund for second day because of bugs and was denied. Guy at the counter was HIGHLY unprofessional

had to pay a deposit when I booked a smoking room. after paying deposit and had to smoke outside owner refused to give deposit back and said room smelled of smoke although he saw us smoking outside through the night. over all room was clean and beds we’re comfortable other staff were of assistance.

the bathroom door doesn’t close because floor is unlevel. they are undergoing renovations. the empty coffee pot was burning in the lobby that was filled with beds in boxes. paid twice as much on booking.com.

ROACHES!!!! Total infestation of the entire facility. Roaches in the bedroom, bathroom, closet, lobby, breakfast area..disgusting. The area was sold out due to a convention or I would have left. They advertise a hot breakfast but none to be had. The room was painted poorly, the flooring boards were loose and broken. The bathroom had mildew. Stains eveywhere.Manager told me I would be getting a refund but none was given. Offered a free stay after I called...no thanks.

Location was convenient for attending a convention at the Doubletree.
