No face cloth in room, no cups, no coffee pot and no ice available

No coffee maker in our room, I drink a few cups of coffee in the morning and throughout the day.. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room rather than go down to the lobby every time I needed another cup.

Place was pretty run down. Staff was trying really hard to keep up, but it was hard. Room was moist, shower curtain needed a good bleach wash. Breakfast was substandard. Room temperature biscuit with cold gravy. Bed had huge dip in center.

Location was good. Room size was okay. Plants in lobby were beautiful.

My coffee maker in the room didn't work. The bathtub had a bad drip that I had to shut the door to sleep. And another person's car alarm went off all night long.

Our TV didn't work. I went to call the front desk, and realized there was no phone cord plugged into the wall or phone. As I lifted the phone up to show my wife, I noticed a dead cockroach under the phone. I walked to the front desk for help with the TV. That lady had no idea. She sent me to the bar to ask the lady tending the bar. She asked what room we were in. I told her 125. She said someone would be right there. No one ever showed up. So we just went to sleep. The next morning there was no coffee at the continental breakfast. Pretty sure it's a state law to have coffee at the continental breakfast. Other than that. The place did the trick. We had a safe place to sleep.

My key did not work and had to go get another one. I had to mess with the cables on my TV to get it to work as there was no maintenance person on duty. Remote did not work properly. Breakfast was marginal for the cost of the room.

Must be new management as the place was looking refreshed but they were haveing trouble with reservations and a few other things

The facility is a little run down, and out dated! It was graduation weekend for TSU, and the hotel was understaffed on Friday and were not prepared. Ran out of coffee for the rooms, ran out of towels, wash cloths etc. But the friendliness of the staffe made up for it... Brought us a fan as requested, found more coffee from other sources, and were very accomidating to everyone!!! The staff was a 'game saver' for this location... PERIOD!!! I blame all negative aspects on the ownership!!! Oh yea... AC unit stopped working in the main lobby

The first room, the door would not lock when shut. There was an issue with the heating unit in the second room. They had a lot of broken appliances. None of the ice makers worked, they eventually brought in bagged ice. Most of the appliance's in the breakfast area did not work.

Staff was friendly and helpful. It was pretty clean. Beds were comfortable.

The room was not locked when we got to the door. The room smelled musty and damp. There was crud on the floor in the corners in the bathroom under the counter, not cleaned in quite awhile/

our son s room didn’t have a working TV or hair dryer. it was obvious that the rooms were in need of repair. others complained about the smell of smoke through out the hallways.

I called before booking and asked if the hot tub was working as it had been broke on my previous stay. I was told it was working on the phone and after arriving found out it was never fixed and still not working. The room was dirty like hadn't seen a vacuum in some time.

1. Even though it appeared building had been remodeled/updated, the decor was unimpressive. Bath linens were thin and looked and felt cheap (perhaps an area where cut corners) 2. Overpriced for small town--better price would have been $85-$90. 3. Difficult to find the entrance, needs to be marked better 4. Not cleaned well, found a toothbrush and slippers under the bed! YUK!

Breakfast had adequate variety but biscuits were hard and gravy cold and soupy. Coffee area was away from the breakfast area and cooked very thrown together Hotel was conveniently located in the city and easy to access highway

No one at desk when we arrived. Said to call 403. Tried 3 times. No answer. Finally someone came. We left the property for dinner. Came back. No one at desk again. Desk attendant told us that breakfast was from 6:30 am to 10:30 am. It was 6-9 am, so we missed it.

It needs updated badly. Cigarette burn marks on toilet seat, bath tub. Could not close the bathroom door unless you smashed yourself. Bedding was scratchy.

Trash bins overflowing, cloudy pool and hot tub, weird smells in the hallways, no washcloths in the rooms! The management was clueless about cleanliness, customer service and hospitality. The women's restroom in the lobby did not have proper soap (one small squirt bottle of Dawn dish soap) or paper towels. When reported to the desk clerk, (management) he just said ok and went back to scrolling the internet on the company desk computer!

There were two exceptional employees. A young woman and a young man who were very responsive and pleasant. The coffee was decent but not hot. The rooms were cool and quiet.

Hot tub jets did not work and was lukewarm warm water. Breakfast was out of almost everything but the time we got down to eat at 7:30
