We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe website said the pool was open, however when we arrived the pool had been closed for maintenance for quite a while. The second day we were there we had troubles with our keys reading, then had to stand in line in the lobby for 45 mins because it was a system failure. While in the lobby, the people in front of me were offered a refund and no cancellation fee due to the pool not being open. I was not given that option. I booked the hotel specifically for my kids to swim. Over all, the beds were okay and we were able to sleep.
The staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent.

Great location to taxi into the heart of town. Staff were very good , friendly , helpful and welcoming. The hotel is now getting tired scruffy carpets , noisy aircon but… its cheap so don’t expect high rollers. Free parking and decent breakfast you can’t grumble at £50+tax. Safe enough too.

United StatesThe elevator didn't work at times, the ceiling had stains on it, Sunday morning there was no hot water to shower in. The luggage cart was falling apart upon arrival and wouldn't stay together. Hotel is very outdated and needs some touching up and work done on it.
The location was good, close to eating and stores. Pool tables to enjoy a game of pool on, and room size was good. Plenty of on site parking even crowded.

United StatesCon:Tired property and bathroom floor was dirty around the edges. Elevator floor sticky.Cleaning solutions left a very powerful acrid smell all night in the room despite trying to use the air conditioner to clear it out. Given the state of the overall cleanliness I chose not to try out the pool. Breakfast: had asked at check-in to verify what was included in breakfast. Was told due to Covid restrictions it was still serving only a Grab and Go breakfast with breakfast sandwich and yes, there would be fruit. It is interesting that at this time when no one in hotel is wearing a mask and statewide restrictions lifted the hotel still is using Covid to limit breakfast selections. So when came down for breakfast minutes before 8 AM the hotel already ran out of breakfast sandwiches and no fruit was available. I questioned the staff and they told me what is out is what is available: juice and yogurt. When we were leaving someone else questioned the staff about breakfast and then they brought out individually packed baby muffins. If Breakfast is posted on your website as included in price, it should consist of more than coffee and yogurt.
Pro: Good location to stop for the night on a long trip. Right off the highway with lots of places to eat nearby. Staff was polite. Lobby area was nice enough.
