Black mold, carpet, roach droppings. Blood on light switch, exits were blocked including fire exits. Never again.

Everything was perfect!! We have absolutely no complaints. We encourage everyone to book this hotel! I did move the TV from the sitting room to the bedroom. I would recommend keeping it there.

Front desk Tyler was very friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious, clean and nice. Everything worked! Bed was very comfortable. Hot breakfast was absolutely delicious. Definitely worth every penny. On our trip we had to stay at a different hotel the following night AT THE Same PRICE and it was not clean, not friendly, and toilet and TV were broken, and no breakfast. In the future we'll look to book at Clarion all the time!

The photos were very untrue and this hotel should hold themselves accountable for falsely advertising. While in line to check in there were 3 families demanding their money back because of there room and or the photos.

I did not like anything about it. But the front desk gentleman he refunded my money without any problems he even stated the hotel should not advertise something they do not have they needed to update there page.

what could be better is the unpleasant odor upon entering the room. a stale odor which we have encountered at other inns as well. not sure what you can do about this .problem. the breakfast could be more upgraded.

we were informed this was a 2 star rating inn. we were looking to stay overnight so a 2 star rating wasn't a deterrent. we were pleasantly surprised with the the clean room. will definitely book this inn on are way to Florida and back. have it in our gps destination

We were a little disappointed that the pool was closed. The door entrance to the pool had a sign that it was closed by the health department. Which I am sure is a temporary issue that will be resolved soon.

The room was comfortable and clean. I really liked the handicap-accessible shower and that the room was located on the ground floor near the entrance. The breakfast had a variety of options and was a convenient place to eat before getting back on the road.

It was more or less a nightmare from the time we walked in. The first room they gave us was full of tarps and dirty towels from painting. The room we stayed in..the air conditioner barely worked, it smelled like cat pee in the room and all down the hallway. After coming back from dinner, there were numerous homeless people wandering in and out of the lobby to use the bathroom. Second morning we walk out to a guy smoking pot in the drop off. Breakfast was ok the first day, horrible the second. The biscuits were hard as a rock. Lights outside didn’t work, so you couldn’t see if you had the right parking lot the first time. Just bad all the way around.

The room was unsanitary, mold in the bathrooms, dirty floors, broken furniture, rusty furniture. The pool had been shut down by the Knoxville health department. There were people obviously on drugs wondering all over the hotel. It made our family very uneasy, as we were staying for a medical procedure the next day.

The place smell like cigarettes and weed in the Halls. The staff was very unprofessional. Swimming pool was not open like it says on website I picked up smoking room and it's a non-smoking Motel got penalized $100 off my debit card

Though the room and amenities were great, the carpet and walls need updated and the lobby could be a little more inviting; however, for the money spent it went beyond expectations.

Sink and countertop was separated. The ceiling over shower was damaged. The shower rod was broke. The neighbors were loud. And a drug deal was made just off lobby.
