- bathroom smelled sour/sewage - overall room smelled old/moldy/slightly smoky - ill-fitting linen - drain did not have as stopper to take a bath - could not adjust temp; no sign of curculation air except to open a window - could not turn on water in the bathtub without assstance - no batteries in remote control for tv - outlet near the bed had something lodgedin it and was unusable - door to bathroom would not close - no one at the desk upon departure - no one around to provide breakfast options - only one trash bag - questionable door locking ability; crack in the door/door frame

- close to desired locatoin - attendants were pleasant when arrived, checked in, and needed assistance with turning on the water in the bathtub - had sufficient hot water - cost efficient compared to other properties in the area for the specified weekend - no visible signs of rodent or insect infestation

The pool that was in the photos was closed with a cover on it. Booked this hotel because of the pool. Shower looked dirty as well. My kids were afraid to shower in it.

The physical plant is old though everything worked as it should. Not enough electrical outlets for modern day travelers. I had to unplug lamps to charge devices.

The location was very close to my event. The price was good compared to other hotels in the area, especially during this event.

I could not get shower/tub to work no matter how I tried. To their credit staff called me back and said it worked when they tried it. Bed sheets looked old and thin. They should have been white and crisp.

Staff were courteous. Was near my assignment and only rooms available at last minute for reasonable price.

The room could have been much nicer. The clock and the refrigerator were not working. We were given a password for the wi-if that did not work. The blanket on the bed could have been warmer. The bathroom needed to be retiled.

Everything was very clean. And we were able to get free bottles of water from the lobby when it was open.

Beds uncomfortable, room barely had heat, We wore our clothes to sleep in because it just wouldn't warm up. Room needs a full makeover!

The room wasn't cleaned the week that we stayed, sheets weren't changed and we had to purchase our own toilet paper. We had to call and wait to get registered as there wasn't an employee in the lobby -which was locked our entire stay. We had booked ahead of time but the manager couldn't decide which room to put us in, so it felt like they weren't really prepared for our stay.

Location was excellent, it is central to the city and the places we needed to go. You have to pay for breakfast so we skipped that. This hotel is more like a motel with outside entrances to the rooms. There were not very many guests so it was very quiet during our stay. The price was within our budget.

The room was very cold when I arrived. It wasn’t immediately clear how to warm the space.

The room seemed very clean and beautifully appointed. The shower was exceptional…lots of hot water and great water pressure.

Smell, dirtiness, over-prices

The non-smoking room smelled like an ash tray. All my clothes still stink. The room was dirty, the furniture was old, and the drop ceiling was coming apart. For the price I expected a MUCH nicer hotel.

the hotel had a lot of vacancy and I had people right next to me that I could easily hear through walls.

The room smelled like alcohol and cigarette smoke, even though it looked clean. The bathtub glaze was peeling. The fitted sheet was not deep enough for the mattress.

The beds were somewhat comfortable. The hotel was in a decent location. There was plenty of parking. There were plenty of clean towels in the room.

Hotel should rethink renting room 100 for the price they did. Sticking bathroom door needed to be yanked to open. Tub had remanants of no slip strips (I hope). Rust along heating units. Torn lampshades. Rust along bottom of light above vanity. Drawers in cabinet would not open. Old dirty ceiling tiles.
