Noisy when on the ground floor with squeaky floors in rooms above. No working ice machine, but ice was provided in the office.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean. Centrally located in town. Convenient access to parking.

Needs to be remodel. Internet code didn't work, and I received a warning about continuing so no internet usage. Ice maker is on it's last leg. Being closed up in a hot room probably not helping matters.

As we started to get settled, it became clear the place is very worn and needs a lot of work. Missing trim in bathroom, room partially painted, shower surround cracked, soap from last guest left on windowsill. Uncovered fluorescent tube lighting with exposed wires over bath sink. One sink hot water on left side and cold on right, other sink it's opposite. Missing regular coffee for mini-pot (only had decaf). The breakfast area very small for # of guests. Suggest getting there right at 7am when opened. Powdered eggs and weak coffee for breakfast both days we were there. Staff did their best to keep up with demand. Cost savings everywhere you turn, which I suppose gets the nightly rate so low. I'm not sure how they keep the Days Inn brand. I'd stay again if visiting Bryce, and I will just go in with lower expectations. Can't beat the rate!

Can't beat the price. However, remember you get what you pay for. Beds comfortable and heat/air worked. First impression when entering room is this will be fine. See below.. Location decent to Bryce Canyon. Pizza place nearby really good.

All the complaints you read about in the reviews are accurate. The owner’s response to most of them is ‘sorry for the inconvenience’ and the condition remains the same. Everything is as cheap as possible, even when an upgrade wouldn’t be costly. The tiniest refrigerator possible, shower heads that spray everywhere, light fixtures with no covers. Everything is generic. It’s in a good location for visiting Bryce Canyon so it’s disappointing more care isn’t put into making the rooms nicer as it could very easily be a much more pleasant experience.

The rooms are quiet and clean. The bed is comfortable.

It’s excellent for what it is. Nothing fancy; just a small hotel perfect for a stopover on a road trip. Clean, helpful staff, easy check in and out. No complaints. Would stay again.

The only negative thong was that the breakfast area is small and was crowded, some of us had to wait to find a seat.

We were 4 in the bedroom and we found it very convenient to have another fausset outside the bathroom.

There hasn't been any recent updates, but the hot water was hot, there was a nice sized fridge in the room, the heat & A/C worked well, so I shouldn't complain.

This motel is very close to Bryce Canyon National Park. The young guy at the desk is super friendly and helpful. I was happy to see that there was a free breakfast included, with plenty of choices like eggs, waffles, oatmeal, bananas, sausage, etc.

We didn't have toilet paper. When they brought us a roll with a greasy substance on it so we had to throw half of it away. We didn't have any soap, and the shampoo was water. We found an old used soap on window sill. We felt like maybe it hadn't been cleaned.

The employees were really nice.

I booked a 2 queen bedroom and when I got there, they didn't have my room. They gave my room away.
