Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Location was fine, and the room was quiet. Breakfast was basic but good for the low rate I got with booking .com. Staff were courteous and polite.

The gravy was cold but if you heated it up in the microwave it was ok over the biscuits. In the past when I was there, was folded egg omelet which was very good.

So she charged me 250 ..asked her if room smelled she....paused for awhile n said yes..I can't stand lairs..

United StatesThere was no soap or shampoo. Apparently there was none in the entire building, not even in the bathroom off the lobby. The roof was leaking with rain pouring down through the ceiling tile in the breakfast eating area. The ceiling tile was so saturated that it broke and fell to the floor while we were eating.
