We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The only thing I liked about the place was the restaurant that set in front of it. You shouldn't advertise breakfast to get people to stay there and then tell some stupid story why there is anything . The guy at the front desk said they weren't doing breakfast because the hotel was in the middle of being remodeled. Didn't see anything in the hotel that was or had been remodeled . I don't think the guy wanted to serve breakfast. Probably won't recommend the place to anyone

I was super excited in the morning for the "Continental breakfast" and they didn't have even a sign in the door saying that there was no breakfast. Please at least be honest with your guests.

United StatesIt wasn't the cleanest. The hair dryer didn't work. The shower head wasn't working (low water pressure). It was hot (air conditioner seemed only semi work). Staff didn't speak hardly any English but were very friendly.
It was close to where we needed to be.

Puerto RicoA more cleaning and sanitize schedule. There were days without cleaning the bedroom sheets. They say 8am and it was 12 at noon and no cleaning were done. Structure need some fixing and correct furniture, chair was broken, door didnt have the lock and frigde was a little broken

United StatesThe room was very dirty. I'm pretty sure the bed linens were not changed from previous tenants who stayed. We were not even able to take a shower because the knob was broken. When we did finally get it to turn on, there was a trickle of water that came out, and it was a rust tinged color. I was truly disgusted, and I am not a picky, hard to please person.

I liked the location. First floor room. I noticed good paint/walls. carpet didn't look bad. The shower walls looked newer. Beds were good.

United StatesThe walls, doors, and trim were disgusting with dirt and fingerprints. There were huge water stains on the ceiling and hole in the wall. Pillows were small for the king bed and cheap, not supportive. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. The room was locked so we had to have someone let us in, the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable and there was coffee and cereal only and no milk. Also the ice machine only produced enough ice for a cup of ice and nothing more.
The bedding appeared clean and the water pressure in the shower were good. The AC cooled the room just fine.
