the rooms were dirty and the fridge had rust up the front of it. the carpets were ripped and different ones thrown together.

They rooms were not great. One of our rooms smelled like cat pee and now all of our belongings that we had in that room smell the same way and this was the beginning of our vacation and it was all clean and now i have to spend the first day rewashing everything because it smells so bad. Also the air conditioner in that room didn’t work great at all. It was hot in there all night. The next morning my son got up to take a shower and when he went into the bathroom that was something brown all over the walls. It was really gross. The other room we had was ok.

The whole place was run down. Holes in the blankets no towels, nothing was cleaned. They put homeless people in this hotel and there were crack heads everywhere. Left their doors open and in and out of cars that come in and out of the parking lot. It was gross, sketchy and we didn’t even stay the first night we picked our stuff up and left

Hotel is in really bad shape. Room stunk of mildew, animals and old smoke smell. Owner obviously is milking this for money. Very low quality room.

As soon as we opened the door you could tell the room had an odor. The odor smelt of mold. There was people doing drugs outside on the balcony. Homeless all over the place. My family didn't feel very safe here... wish I would've read reviews before staying here.

The main complaint was that the door to my room was kicked in before my stay, literally a quarter of an inch at the bottom.

No breakfast served, they blamed it on Covid. I stayed at Marriott a month ago in the same city and was given breakfast.

The elevator was not working and we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs . Our room (non smoking ) smelled like dirty ash trays (100 to be exact) . The pillows were so small and uncomfortable, we called for more and there were none available! The carpet and curtains, filthy . We did not feel safe at all . The front lobby looked nothing like the pictures on the website ! from the outside of the rooms, looks like there some kind of trafficking in there ! gross.

The lady at the front desk was nice. I feel like she she be working at the best western . This hotel is a joke .

the sofa bed in the room was stained and it looked like urine. the carpet was so dirty, my feet will get black just by walking to the bathroom and back to the bed. it really needs better cleaning in general.

HORRIBLE! We needed 4 hours to sleep before early flight so we found them near RSW with (how we thought!) reasonable price $129 + tax. We got delux non-smoking room, which horribly stinks. Especially carpet and curtains smells like a mixture of vomit, alcohol and urine. No toiletries and I don't guarantee that the bedding has been changed before us.. But the best gift greeted us in the morning - cockroaches! The worst staying in our life!!!
