Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesI am 99.9% Sure i got bed bugs while staying here. I've already contacted the front desk. Waiting for further action. The "clean remote" was not clean. The breakfast was disappointing. Boxed cereal would have been better.

United StatesDirty. No communication. Can’t use any of the “amenities” because of COVID but that was not relayed in any message of any sort before arrival. Staff took my ID upon arrival, said zero words to me, came back and my card had been charged. Terrible customer service. Free breakfast was either a banana or yogurt, absolutely nothing warm available. Total waste of my time and money.

United StatesThe fact that when my 79 year old father and I went out to the car yesterday morning, we found our tire had been stabbed 5 times. It was extremely upsetting and I had to spend another $100 USD on buying a new tire. Money I barely had.
The beds were very comfortable. The lady at the front desk was also incredibly friendly. I liked the refrigerator and microwave. And the fact they have smoking rooms.

United StatesPeople were yelling and screaming outside our room all night. The room was super small. No exhaust fan in the shower/bath room. TV channel selections were very limited. The bed linens were clean and comfortable, however they had stains on them. Not a good look.
Location and pet friendly. Front desk staff was very nice at check in, allowed early check in.

United StatesJust about EVERYTHING! When we arrived the main lighting inside the room was unplugged because it didn't work. The towel rack kept falling off the wall in to the sink, and the refrigerator had leaked all over and soaked the carpet in front of the bed! Upon leaving, we found the desert rolls we bought the evening before were totally destroyed as we put them in the refrigerator to keep them cool for the next day and we found that the leak in the refrigerator was actually coming from the upper freezer compartment and leaked all over them, making them un-eatable ! We chose WYNDHAM because the name in the PAST meant a GOOD QUALITY stay. Wyndham should be EMBARRASED to have this place associated with it's name! We could have stayed at a Motel 6 or a Budget Inn and had a better experience plus saved enough money to pay for a GOOD HOT breakfast at a nearby restaurant! WYNDHAM needs to take this place off it's motel listing!
The front desk clerks were very nice but unable to deal with all the problems . The "So called breakfast" was what they called a "grab bag". A tasteless piece of egg in a tasteless covering! The end of a very bad stay!
