We had asked to be picked up at the airport, but no instructions arrived and when we got to the appropriate stance we could not see the courtesy bus. Eventually we got a taxi to the hotel - were overcharged by the taxi driver... Always ask the driver to switch on his meter!

Convenient location to the airport and the park and ride facilities into Dallas. The room was a bit tired and the hotel is due a refurbishment. However it was clean and everything worked.

AC did not get the room very cool, regardless of the setting, and it was pretty cool outside (might have been much worse in the summer). Broken toilet seat hinge. Lobby and halls smell of curry (but not the room). Lacks sidewalks for part of the way to the food options. Breakfast is a bag you can take with you (I didn't try it).

Very good value. I was able to check-in 3 hours early for $30 extra. Free shuttle to the airport (before 11am, and from the airport after 6pm). Lobby coffee was good. Good shower head. Several food options 1/4 - 1/2 mile east.

The driver was very unprofessional, upon arrival he slung the door open, no getting and was on his cellphone while driving with one hand the ENTIRE trip and music blaring. Fast and erratic. Breakfast was underwhelming and came in a brown paper bag from behind the counter.

Thankful they offered airport shuttle.

My first disappointment... no shuttle. I arrived in Miami from an international travel and called them because I had received no confirmation of the shuttle. I was informed that there was no shuttle from 11am until 5pm. This information is not provided anywhere. Phone in the room did not work at all, so I could not request a wake up call. I reported that, but ended up disregarding a replacement since it would be 1 night only. For last... breakfast. I got to the front lounge and looked for breakfast as it used to be.  The front desk asked if I was looking for breakfast and she said she would provide it. It was a paper bag with a tangerine, a snack bar,  orange juice and a pastry (should be on my pics).

I've stayed there previously before COVID. It is close to where I should go. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was ok for the price. A positive service. They have coffee and water available at the front desk which was a savior. Sending pics from 2xroom 1xbathroom 1x breakfast

Shuttle ONLY works certain time of the day. I had to pay $49.00 for Uber from and to the airport. For that money I could stayed in a better hotel with a REAL SHUTTLE. No swimming pool.

The breakfast cannot be considered a breakfast. Sugar in everything, and very little of everything. This was a snack bag, not a breakfast. And as I'm not going to give neither me nor my child a nutbar with chocolate for breakfast we were hungry until we got out of the hotel around noon. There was no vacuum cleaning of floors only mopping, toilet blocked after two uses, smell of weed all over the hotel due to other guests.

Nice beds, plenty of towels, good shower and spacious room.

Breakfast was a grab and go bag, with a juice, yogurt and snack. there was no water machine, the bedroom door was damaged, the bathroom door can't lock. A very simple hotel, very serious and unfriendly workers.

The only good thing was that they don't allow smoking.

They just put new paint and a new floor over damaged drywall and flooring. There were holes in the floor and ceiling. The room smelled like cigarettes. They didn't actually have breakfast. They had a "grab and go." Our door took some maneuvering to actually lock. They have a very small parking lot. The hotel is located on a very big hill, and the driveway is a very steep incline. They wouldn't give me an extra blanket for my son. They stated they didn't have any extra that they were on the beds.

The price. The room had a microwave and refrigerator.

Room had sticky floors. Spacious but did need a lot of updating. The tissue dispenser was rusted and the toilet never fully flushed, so fine by myself but definitely embarrassing if you had a partner or guest.

Location was perfect for what I needed being less than 2 miles from my destination. It was a nice surprise to have a free shuttle service. Sadly with everything cashless I had no money to tip driver.

They advertise a shuttle, but it only runs certain times. (After 6p in the evening) The doors don’t lock if you step away from your room. They advertise free breakfast (there’s even a sign in the lobby), but there was nothing, even the “grab and go” that they mention in reviews.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. A very short drive to DFW. The price was fantastic, especially considering similar hotels in the area are charging twice as much.

Okay, so first off, the night shift person that checked us in was absent, had to be called in. The hallway reeked of pot smoke, not a big deal, but it was intense. On checkout, again, noone to be found. 😔 Driveway is difficult.

Clean. Thankfully it was clean. The linens smelled faintly of bleach, and there was not a spec of dust or dirt anywhere. I appreciate that. Area is conveniently located and quiet.
