Dirty, looks like a couple of 7 yr olds painted the room. Felt like a room that should be rented by the hour. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6 am. At 645 they were barely turning on the lights in the breakfast area. Then they had no paper plates.

Two night stay. First night cleanliness was the biggest issue…floors, mirrors. Curtains falling off. Bad paint job. Dirty towel in bathroom. Towel rack hanging. Asked to be moved. Second room…no hot water in sink. Sink drain didn’t work. Clothes rack falling off wall. Dirty floors.

Breakfast was okay. Lids for ‘on the go’ coffee cups didn’t fit.

a crazy hotel withholds your $200 deposit and gives you absurd reasons like missing items from the room to take your money! Do not come to this hotel!! The crazy woman at the reception charged me 100 dollars for a old blanket that was missing from them!

Over priced, nearly third-world environment and it looks as though it will not be improved anytime soon. There is absolutely no pride of ownership anywhere within the premises.

We arrived at 3:00am. My wife and mother in law were still sleeping four hours later when I went for breakfast on their behalf. I was rudely told that I could not remove any breakfast items (two donuts and coffee) from the eating area. They awoke three hours later before checkout and breakfast was no longer served.

I was charged for a full night's stay but I didn't stay for 5 minutes. They upcharged me $45 because I wanted to check in early so I tried to cancel and they wouldn't allow it because cancellation had to be at least 24 hours in advance. Unfortunately I only booked it 5 minutes before I wanted to cancel it. I wanted to cancel it because they were charging me an extra $45 to check in early. The people that I dealt with were not kind or friendly in any way. I went somewhere else where they were exceptionally kind and friendly. The quality Inn that was just a mile or so away.

The gentleman that was taking care of the breakfast area in the morning was exceptional!! Hard working, keeping the tables clear and clean, extra friendly and cheerful, greeting guest.

The bathroom had chipped and damaged paint on the door and walls....the shower was warm but nozzle was installed over 20 years ago.

The beds seemed clean and the covers were new.

Door had a crack where light came through highlighting how unsafe it was. Door handle was flimsy. AC didn't work but if it did it would have blown dust and probably mold. The room was like a sauna, I kept the bathroom fan on to help. I was afraid to take the covers down so slept on top of the bed. The toilet took 5 minutes to finish the flush cycle, the shower was filthy. I left before dawn, didn't even bother to shower.

The water in the bath was cold and I could not take a bath. They told me that when several people take a shower, the water gets cold! The room was very dirty, the air conditioner was very loud. The bed was dirty. It was very bad, I do not recommend it at all.

The room far exceeded my expectations , it was clean and welcoming I loved the new decor and added color in the furnishings especially the Yellow desk chair and photo picture above the bed

There was no Wi-Fi available. Unfortunately we were in an area that is very remote and getting a signal on the cell phone was difficult. But it really sucks that the Wi-Fi was down also.

Though there was a large power outage in our area and it was very busy in the lobby. The phone was ringing off the hook and there was only one person handling everything. Their system was down so she was doing the best she could. People were rude to her and everything, but she still smiled and did the best she could in a really bad situation for her.

really run down more basically. cover ups are horrible things were dirty not cleaned properly. the bath mat was stained and had hair all over it. we had friends staying there and had bugs in their room luckily we did not. But definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

The room had holes in the wall, cable tv cords hanging down the wall, scraped-off paint on the bathroom door (interior, a gross shower, and a crack in the outside door that you could slide three stacked quarters through. The lobby and the check-in desk were filthy (I'd never eat a "complementary breakfast" in a room this awful.

Nothing. Wyndham should be ashamed of itself for having this property under the Wyndham name. This place is a dump.
