Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesI DIDN'T like anything for these couple of nights. The fill n for owner is RUDE, his wife is a WITCH...they told me I could work and clean rooms for free nights. I worked 9 hours cleaning 10 rooms, and they still tried to tell know on me I needed to work more hours to cover the 1 room. When I refused to clean another second they called cops and cops told them to that I EARNED a free room
The price was nice. The service used to be nice until the owner left the country for vacay and his uncle took over for a few months .

GermanyComplementary breakfast ridiculous, even for American means. Almost nothing on the board. No wonder that not even one person was in the breakfast room. See the pictures below. Front desk guy at night friendly. Staff (in the morning) unfriendly. We asked for hot water and a tea bag, got an unfriendly NO despite the fact there was a kitchen right beside.

United StatesBreakfast was muffin, cold cereal, banana and coffee—no decaf available. That is not an American breakfast, though that is advertised as included. Place smells bad, carpet on stairs filthy, courtesy cart wobbly, no cups in room, security latch missing from door. No working ice machine in building at all. Night manager bought ice and sent some to our room at my husband’s insistence. Had we been able to, we’d have asked for a refund and gone elsewhere. Can’t believe they are still a Wyndham Day’s Inn. On-site inspection needed!
Milk was fresh, as were muffins. Decent coffee.

United Statesupon getting in room Bed was half fixed and a dirty napkin on the back of the sofa and smell old🤦🏽♀️ soo I went to call the front desk phone line center apart soo I connected back to have to hold it in side the phone to talk and tell them the room wasn’t clean!!! they switched me in another room that one smelled a lil better but walk in black tape on the bathroom door , shower had a hole over with paint chips falling , sofa stains and carpet stains , towels stained up it was a very bad experience I’ll never be back letting on a refer !! couldn’t really sleep at all!!
