The bathroom wasn’t cleaned. The towels were simply replaced. There was pubic hair on sink, toilet, and in shower. There was toothpaste on the mirror and tissue holder. The hair dryer bag was covered in mold. It was quite gross. Stairs and hallways look like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a week.

The beds were comfortable, and there is adequate storage space

There weren’t enough towels, numerous quests were calling for them. The back security lock was broken so people kept propping the door open. People hanging in the parking lot but they never bothered us, just felt a bit weird. The peep hole had what looked like toilet paper shoved in it, that was kind of odd.

It was very quiet after 10pm. Beds were comfortable. Easy to get to. Rooms were very large.

We were lucky and had a clean stocked room. There were others guests at the front desk that were in chaos due to a variety of issues. Many double booked rooms, no linens for the sleeper sofa, and no toilet paper were what I heard - made you have second thoughts about your choice.

The staff was really polite and helpful. The room was spacious and had all the necessities.

Only 2 things were an issue, 1 of which they could not control. In the early evening, the people staying across the hall from us were being loud. I'm not sure if it was the staff or one of the fellow people staying in the room, but someone told them to quiet down. Issue 2 was the first morning we were there. The hot water was not very hot for making tea. However, the second morning, it was fine. We will stay again if the need arises.

Pool was closed for ‘maintenance issues’ yet nothing was mentioned on website. We were told we could go across the parking lot and use the pool at the Hampton Inn??? Our room had SEVERAL maintenance issues. There was an obvious water leak as there was a large patch job at the ceiling. There was a large area of green mold on the bathroom wall (see pics). The refrigerator did not work. The only USB port in the room did not work. The TV screen was messed up. There were two light ‘orbs’ on the screen both larger than a 50 cent piece. It was as if someone was standing behind the screen shining two flashlights. This made it very annoying to watch TV! We had no hand soap in the bathroom and there was a used bath towel hanging on the door 🥴

Great location, right off the interstate. Many restaurants and other stores nearby. Remodeling is taking place, and the updates look modern and appealing.

Surprised there was no elevator and all traffic had to come in the front door. No parking at the ends of the building or in back.

Breakfast could have had regular bread for toast, or English muffins. The room had a used bar of soap in the tub, and a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door.

Easy access to I-70. The staff was friendly.

Dirty floors, had to be moved rooms due to dirty bed, it did not smell clean, group of men drinking with loud music in the parking lot , loud slamming at 2am

location was convenient and the receptionist was pleasant and helpful! She was the only staff member we saw the whole time.

The hallways and common areas appear rundown and worn. Breakfast wasn't on par with other microtel locations.
