I could hear conversations in the next room. No breakfast as advertised. The juice machine was out of order, the only food was a few mini muffins and tangerines.

Hair dryer was broken, and the bedding had burn holes from cigarettes and we had a no smoking room. The light fixtures were loaded with dust and the place in general was run down.

I took the delux suite thinking I would avoid all that nasty stuff but it didn't do anything except cost me more money.

No marked handicapped parking spots Breakfast provided was 4 day expired stake mini muffins and A (one only) banana on the counter. Coffee only made in half pots and ran out each time we went to get a cup in the morning. Coffee maker in room looked like it had never been thoroughly cleaned since 1972. Reserved non-smoking accessible was given smoking accessible, no other accessible rooms available Rooms are straightened but not thoroughly cleaned All towels are majorly stained and should be replaced. Requested extra towels in reservation and on check in, had to physically go to office to get them both days. Mold, mildew and corrosion in bath/shower Smell of cigarettes and marijuana in rooms Blankets and spreads of both beds stained and not frequently laundered. Had requested last check out for 1PM in reservation and brought up to employee who checked us in, Manager calls me at 11:45 demanding we leave by 12 or be charged extra. This is really bad manners and business practice Police presence at hotel both night lends to unsafe feeling of area Parking lot seriously needs repaying. According to staff it was recently sealed and new lines painted but no marked handicapped parking spaces in whole lot. This property is a dirty shamble of a place that subsists on people booking a place to party or illicit hookups and desperate travelers. Will not ever recommend and will discourage others from ever staying here. Staff needs TRAINING!! Don’t know how to use new systems as constant computer issues Internet access is worse that mobile signal access and practically unusable.

The rooms had a smell like someone had smoked in there and they tried to hide the smell with cleaner. We booked a handicap room because my mother is disabled and in a wheel chair well the furniture was so big she couldn’t even make it into the bathroom. We showed the manager what we were talking about that way they can fix it for someone else that tried to stay there. Needless to say we didn’t stay there and got a refund.

The only thing good about the property was the staff. The front desk and manager were super nice.

Adjoining door had no lock on it from my side ,other room could have had access to my room wasn't safe,I saw bugs ,shower wall and ceiling was coming a lose. Parking was terrible lots of construction trucks parked everywhere.

The room next to mine was a late big party. The were very loud. It kept me awake for over an hour. The staff told them to keep quiet but they didn't listen. I know that's not your fault.

Staff did less than make us feel welcomed. No breakfast (As advertised) ash trays and smoke smell in a non smoking room. Freezer, frozen over. Holes in bathroom door. The entire room needs updated, (bathroom sink all cracked, tub doesn't drain all the way. Towels replaced but dirty ones left in room, sheets/beds not made. All in all less than desirable.

The room was filthy, was suppose to be nonsmoking but the comforters had burn holes in them, the room smelled horrible, the alarm clock had burns in it, the head boards of the beds looked like there was something dripping on them that was left to dry. The doors allow daylight in from the outside even when locked closed and there was a roach on the wall when we checked in. If not for the fact that it was 3am we never would have stayed the 1st night, We cancelled the 2nd night and found a bed and breakfast close by that was the same price and pristine clean.

There is nothing good to say about this hotel. It use to be a nice place a few years ago now it is a pit.

A/C in first room had a compressor belt that was so loud you couldn’t hear the television so the owner moved me to a new room with a quiet A/C that DID NOT blow cold air. To top it off around midnight some little gangster kids on the second floor shot a rifle off into the catwalk outside the second floor rooms, fled away quite noisily in 4 different cars, and then a ton of police officers showed up.

Dirty, flies in room, purchased my own cleaners and disinfectants before I could even get into the jacuzzi because the Jets were so dirty. Was in a smoking room so of course it smelled like stale smoke odor so had to purchase my own air fresheners to cover the stench. Coke machine did not work and was sold out of everything AND it took my money on top that!
