The bathroom was disgusting. I cleaned up myself except for the walls they have piss all over them. There was piss on the walls by the big window in the corner. It’s like my room was not clean because the next morning my sheets I was sleeping with dirty sheets I had to change them And turn them in so I can get clean sheets, the place that the people were working was really nice at the desk. But the maids should’ve clean the room more properly and doing it instead of doing a half assed job I let them know about it and I told him that I was going to go and do a review about this place

The people was nice about it. But since I booked it on Booking.com, they couldn’t do much they told me to go through Booking.com and do reviews on it.

The pool was closed which was the main reason of staying in a hotel. The wifi wasn’t working on some devices The cable kept dropping signal

Breakfast ended at 9. I was there at 9:02 and everything was locked up. The lady at the front desk was very grumpy and very rude. So was the guy that checked us in. I'm not used to rude and grumpy people. Normally they are nice. It was right by the freeway entrance. Way noisy. Booking.com should warn about that.

The people above us flooded the bathroom. You were only allowed 2 small towel they didn't even have a washcloth. Smelled like smoke bad. Air conditioner should like it was gonna blow up.

They did not have breakfast as advertised. I got the room to work since my home had some construction going on. The chair was very short for the table so my lap top was chest high. They skimp on supplies. I wanted an extra coffee packet since I was there all day and I was told no. I had rented the room for two days.n There were no Styrofoam cups for the coffee. Thankfully I had a mug in my car. I booked this hotel especially for the pool, which they shut down at 5 despite the sign saying it was open until 10.

This was the most pathetic excuse for a 'breakfast' ('included') I have ever encountered other than a Days Inn near DC that offered a small bag of chemicals as breakfast. Nothing fresh, nothing requiring refrigeration, no toast, packaged muffins or even plastic pastries. Two dry cereals, juice, coffee, milk, and was that a protein bar I saw? I had to recode my key two times so that I could enter one of the outside doors close to my room.

Floors were unlevel. Toilet Clinked when you sat or rose. Bathroom door would not close. Mirror viewed from bed saw into bath. Air conditioner was on or off - no temp controll. Nothing for a Diabetic to drink but water. Breakfast -"included in price" was coffee, bagged cereal - no milk and granola bars. Again nothing for a diabetic not even fruit. Staff was difficult to understand and uncaring.

I like that I can see the owners really trying to slowly but surely improve the place. it’s at least 30% better than it was in early July. the lady who works in the morning is the main reason I keep coming back. she’s so warm, inviting, and helpful. the employee I had issue with in July has improved as well.
