The pictures of this hotel and how they portray it are very misleading. Ceiling tiles were water damaged. Hotel just seemed to be very unkempt. The railings for the stairs that looked to be painted white, did not seem to be cleaned very often. We got a double queen room as there were 4 guests... There were only 2 freaking towels in the room... even after house keeping came in they only left 2 towel so we had to go get more. The hot tub was empty, the pool was extremely cold, so my son did not even swim. For almost $300 for 2 nights I will not be using this hotel again.

No hot water, No TV, and it smelled bad. The bathroom floor was dirty. And they overcharged me. When I called the desk the guy at night wouldn't answer the phone. The lady that was on the next shift answered. But didn't know much.

Everything -dog hair on all the sheets, nobody was around for the check in and waited 29 mins after ringing the bell on the front desk, HVAC was so loud and barely produced heat during the cold (2 degrees outside), smell dirty, nothing had been dusted in a very long time. I felt so uncomfortable I didn’t sleep under any bedding and it was 2 am so I wasn’t about to change rooms.

The bathroom had holes in the wall, the sink was coming apart, the floor border was falling off and causing a trip hazard and breakfast was small bags of Gardettos, fruit loops and juice

The staff was rude and very harassful. Not a fun stay. No help no extra towels no microwave. The fridge froze my food and I couldn't even heat it up

The hot tub water looked very dirty. It was yellowish brown color. Very discolored. I asked the lady at the desk if it is always like that and her response was there were several people in there earlier in the day. We didn't use it because it just looked so gross and nasty.

Breakfast was just snacks so not really a breakfast in my opinion. There was no milk for cereal.

It happened to be a noisy night with a highschool debate team sharing the hotel and slamming doors until 10. It caused my dog to bark. Some confusion with check in and billing as well.

The room smelled, the carpets was old, everything was chipping, toilet was loose, top was staying of the toilet, the place was just bad, it's a sleazy hotel, the manager and everybody that work there was rude, they wouldn't give us no towels, I messed up on my booking and came knocking at my door a day earlier saying we owe money

The hotel and furnishings are showing their age. Our room was clean comfortable enough.

Room was adequate and clean. We had planned to stay in a different place. We got a late start and had to find a place in Topeka.

The location and outward appearance made me nervous. Walking in, I think the building's ac wasn't working, it was so hot i felt ill by the time we left. The room had torn up carpet, smelled of smoke, and half a step into the bathroom I turned around and walked out. No way I could stay in a room like that with my child.
