The room had a couple pieces of trash on the floor by the nightstand and by the cradenza. By the coffee pot there was opened/discarded trash. Seems that house keeping missed a few items. There was a dead bird outside the room next door on the sidewalk. I watched a member of their staff walk by it twice. Just left it there. The property did not look like the online photos. It is an older building and could use some maintenance. Check out is at 11 am. House keeping woke us up at 8 am to see if we were still there. At 9 am a different person from house keeping OPENED our door and then apologized when she walked in…thank goodness we were already dressed. We were disappointed that the pool pumps were not working so we were unable to swim. We understood that though.

It was easy to locate and close to a variety of fast food locations. The beds were clean and comfy. The lady that checked us in was friendly.

It needs a new countertop. It's in bad shape. Hairdryer about to fall off wall & toilet seat about ready to break off. There were no Do Not Disturb hang tags, so I got woke up at 8am by cleaning lady & again at 8:30.

Everything was good with facility I have to be honest ..about midnight I got some very loud very rood neighbors pissed me off so bad I couldn't sleep so I left..I didn't stay the entire night there was no way I could with the disrespectful idiots next door...

Not clean. Floor was not vacuumed. Mirror was not clean. Bathroom floor...clean behind the door. Towels are crusty and thin. Anything metal starting to rust. There was a burn hole in my sheet, which was disgusting.

This was my 2nd stay or return visit (Monday) within 10 days of travel. The "handicapped" room was clean and smoke free, the door locked properly and the floor was clean...UNLIKE my first stay. On my first visit (Thursday) the room reeked of cigarette smoke and the door would not "Lock" correctly, and the floor was "wet".

The room wasn't as clean as we had hoped -- the sink and phone had stains all over, but the biggest issues were the slightly sticky feeling carpet and the dust behind the beds & nightstand that we ran across when dealing with plugging in our phones. Not sure if we got the "pet room" that wasn't as well kept up? I had hoped for a bit more in that price range.

The staff was nice & friendly, helpful with getting our cat registered & checked in. It had everything we needed -- the sheets were crisp and clean, good water pressure & temperature.

The property was cleaned and pretty much well maintained. The beds were comfortable. This location is need of an updating in the bathrooms and furniture. This is the only hotel/motel in this area. It is a possibility that more guest would stay if rooms and lobby were renovated.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The location was perfect for my purpose.

Breakfast was virtually nothing; coffee was very weak. Towels need updating.

Clean, and although an older motel, nevertheless the carpet, a/c, bed, etc was all updated. A comfortable night spent even during a T-storm. Jessica at the front desk was very courteous and helpful when we had a problem with the TV.

we stay here every time we go on a trip to Birmingham. they charge 15$ for my dog, you park right out front, there is a Walmart nearby, a McDonald’s and a Burger King. super convenient and very nice people. we never eat the breakfast so can’t say about that.
