We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI was first put into a dirty room, that was smoking. I had to pay an extra $25 to get a non smoking “king” room just not have a smoking room. Bugs, gross smelling, just a basic paint coat would help. the floors were leaking water between the cracks of the bathroom. The first night barely any hot water and it was a scary place in the back of the hotel.

United StatesThe room was dirty. Had trash in the floor and the bath tub looked recently used it was still wet and had dirt all in the bottom. The light switches were broken and the wall had black duct tape covering a hole in it. The lock on the door was broken other wise it was an ok room.
The bed was made and comfortable.

United Statesthe room was in total disrepair, there was damage to the ceiling, walls, floors, fixtures. there were painted hand prints on the headboard, there was some kind of brown substance on the curtains, there were spiderwebs, the security lock was broken, there a hug gap under the door, the was not hardly any hot water. the room looked very unsafe. the property was littered with homeless people and prostitutes. there were a group of people that were hanging outside our door until around 3am. we felt very unsafe on this property and i do not reccomend this property to anyone in the future. i will be contacting the state on this property.

United StatesThe location was great but the surrounding people wasn’t, I didn’t feel safe to stay and the employee agreed if I don’t want to stay I didn’t get charge and I still get charge like I didn’t show to the place and I did because the same OYO company down the street they said there was no room available because Booking over book them so I went to another hotel same OYO but on Sheridan and I got charged from both no show up and that’s not fear when I been making reservations before with them in San Antonio.

I looked at pictures from online and was like ok hotel at least looks clean from the pictures. Not to include for the price I paid though it be better quality. But I was soooo far off. Smell was unbelievable unbearable. Room was filthy.. paneling fallen down just left in room. Bedding had burn holes in it. Trust I booked this and had to stay due to the power outage in Tulsa. Wasn't any hotel open everything was booked. Very very nasty place. Ending up spending most the night in my car in the parking lot.
