We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe key card was fiddly the first night. The room had an unclean odor. The toilet tank had a leak, so the toilet ran every few minutes all night long. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was very noisy. The sink was badly in need of scrubbing. The TV and conversation from the neighboring room kept me awake, it sounded as if they were in the room with me. The second night, I couldn’t get the key card to work at all, and had the card reset twice before the attendant came out and opened the door for me. Based on the impression the room gave me, I opted not to take advantage of the free breakfast. I also checked out after the second night, even though I had paid for 5 nights. I also had to call the location to have my security deposit refunded even though I was told it would be refunded when I checked out.
There were places to get food nearby.

United StatesEverything was super dirty. There was blood on the blankets, we asked to get them replaced and they told us to wait and house keeping to clean then the following day. They never did. The whole room was very gross, there was bugs and food and drink on the walls. Will not be staying here again.

United StatesI made a reservation for a bottom floor room because I use a cane. Instead I was given one on the second floor all the way at the end. Long walk for me. Also, when I went to leave my room at 11:00 checkout time, there was a security guard with a vest looking like a cop standing at my door, to make sure I was leaving! That was insulting!

United StatesNot professionally cleaned like a motel or hotel room should be everyday or it hadn't been deep cleaned in a long time if ever. There was an ice machine that worked well & soda machines but idk if they worked. I only saw 1 motel employee in my 20 hours there also.
The pool that wasn't open btw the day, night or next day we stayed there. The price too but when we saw how bad it was, it felt overpriced.

United StatesStained nasty towels, cigarette burns on bathtub, toilet and sink. Windows dont lock and are held shut with a piece of wood. No iron.cool for one night but not any more than one night for sure...unless you're very desperate for somewhere to stay.

Bed was firm enough it did wonders for my back.

United StatesThe A/C wasn’t working properly . It took almost an hour to feel a little cool air . I was happy for that till I realize that was the maximum cool air I was to experience . I literally took 7 showers to wash the sweat dripping from the top of my head to my toes . Nothing the office could do , maintenance went home for the night. Went down to the vending machine to buy a cold drink to return to the room . My key was deactivated so I walked down to the night window only to receive a cold stare and was reminded the office does not have 24 hour service. I walk back up to the room with a good key . Only to enjoy another steam room session .

I had a friend get out of the pool take a seat on the chair and when he got up his shorts were full of black dirt stains as for the room the bathroom floors still had dirt marks on the ground and the bathroom had a mat in it that looked like it has been put there years ago to say the least I showed in my sandles. The bed sheets give off a look of a old run down motel and the lights flicked on and off a well as the none of the lamps working
