The pool area wasn't in good condition. There were ceiling tiles missing, and the heater was broken so we didn't go in. The hotel lobby smelled weird and the rooms were pretty outdated.

The room was very affordable and clean. It's located right off I-25 and although the lobby smell was off-putting, the room didn't smell at all. The free breakfast was great and the staff were friendly.

The property was under renovation. air conditioner didn’t (we were offered a refund) work phone didn’t work ice machine didn’t work. Thank goodness it was not hot outside. Staff was EXCEPTIONALLY ATTENTIVE the best she could. I’m sure frustrated as well. Disappointed that a discount wasn’t offered, but we survived.

I had biscuits, sausage patties and gravy and somehow they were all awful. Hard biscuits....very greasy, unevenly cooked sausage patties and lumpy, grainy gravy. Coffee poor tasting

Heat was too hot in rooms and couldn’t be adjusted. some of the ceiling tiles, in areas of the hotel, was water stained or missing. not in rooms.

Nice atmosphere. Great staff! Food was delicious and offered a good variety. Winter was most helpful. She personally accommodated most of the staff roles (desk clerk, cook, etc.) and provided most assistance with pool and heating issues.. Her spouse provided maintenance, after hours, to help unlock a room door that we locked from the inside (after our adjoining room door was shut). Without this couple, our experience would be ranked much lower.

Customer service old and limited breakfast food rooms do not receive daily cleaning not enough staff. The strong smell of horse manure from outside. I would have dealt with it all if customer service was excellent

I would have given the rating a perfect score but the head front desk woman was really not pleasant I was traveling from east coast and was looking to return often already stayed twice for over 4 days and each time price varied alot no discounts the girls who worked for her were really nice printer and desktop very old broken. Breakfast old however i would have overlooked because place was nice although room could not be cleaned everyday too bad the supervisor gave no incentives comfort or convenience to someone who had planned to stay a week at a time for several srays per year i had to take my money elsewhere customer service really lacking

Only issue was smell. Overpowering in hall in an our room. Apparently the air conditioner had stagnant water. It was the weekend so a tech could only come out during the week. They moved us to a room that didn't smell, but the hallway smelled like stale milk. The first person said it was normal. The morning person said they'd address it. Doors were opened to vent the hallway and it got better. Other than smell, all else good.

Our a/c made our floor wet by bathroom. Workout equipment was little to none. Breakfast was a joke. But overall was a good experience.
