The morning staff was rude, said you get breakfast but they don't start breakfast until 7 am. They have everything under lock and key so don't plan on getting anything from there if you have to leave before 7. Along with the guy that works in the morning, I honestly would not stay here again. I would pay more money to get breakfast and have a decent morning staff person.

The room was decent sized, the beds were comfy, the evening staff was awesome.

Follows the recent trend of increasing the bed size larger than the room was really designed to hold. Leading to narrow aisles. Still fine for me, but for older folks or people like my wife with disabilities it can often make moving around the room more difficult.

Room was clean. Microwaveable breakfast sandwiches filled us up. Hotel was quiet and front desk and cleaning staff were friendly.

There were no options for diabetics. There were multiple carbs. No eggs or any proteins. I was about as far away from the desk as possible when I booked so long ago! No elevator or pool. TV didn't work.

The maintenance was ridiculous. I would score the stay higher if it weren't for them. The bathtub faucet leaked. It filled a half bathtub of water overnight. We could hear it dripping from the room. We reported it early the next morning. Maintenance only comes once a week. We waited another day. Actually talked to maintenance who said it was never reported to him. By this time, it was getting worse. He said he would get to it next We waited 90 min before we finally left. It was not fixed. Brought it to the front desk's attention again. They called in a per diem maintenance who came the next day. Said it was a 5 min job. We had to leave but gave permission to come in and fix it. Not fixed when we returned. Upon check out we learned that this has been reported to maintenance for 2 months now. Besides the obvious waste of resource and money, it was annoying as a guest. We put a towel there to soften the noise and the towel was rusty colored by the last day. Just as an FYI, it wasn't a problem for us and a dog but the room is small. There's little room, maybe 18 inches, between the edge of the bed and the furniture.

We stayed there for 5 nights. Most of the staff was exceptional and helpful; especially Jeriah, Keshawn (?), and Adrian. Also liked the fresh coffee on hand all day long, not just during breakfast hours.

TV in room did not work and even though staff tried their best to fix it, they had not been trained to do so. Breakfast room ran out of coffee and OJ while we were there.

No syrup for waffles. Bring back your eggs you used to have. Very little out of breakfast items. Would stay elsewhere because of this.

The parking lot is cramped, maybe could use a good relaying of pavement and we almost drove over a board while driving in. The town does not have a really good place to stay close to anything we wanted to see, so the location really wasn’t a factor, but it was in-between a few closed businesses which for appearance, was not all that appealing, but they can’t control other businesses.

The hotel employees were so pleasant and respectful. The room was sparkly clean and quiet. We asked for a non smoking room and did receive one, complete with a sign to state that it was non-smoking. Upon check in we were asked which floor we’d prefer and due to no elevator chose first floor. There was no noise from the floor above like in many hotels.
