But when we went in the room, I noticed that the bathroom door was went and damage from water damage. Damage footing broken in the bathroom. Needs some maintenance.

There should be a noise notice for quiet time after 10pm or even 11pm. Neighbor constantly stepped out of her room, stood at the balcony, and was yelling at her guy down in the parking lot. Not much breakfast options. Don't let the pictures fool you. There is NOT a fridge and microwave in every room...keep that in mind.

Many food options close by. 10 minutes from downtown. Clean rooms! Free breakfast.

The staff were generally attentive to our requests. Also the basic room and facilities were fine, except for the coffee maker. It did not work and a different coffee was provided. Even after having the coffee maker changed parts were missing so the newer machine also didn't work. The bed was also uncomfortable so didn't get very good night's sleep.

Room was clean, though there was no AC in the bathroom, so it was like a sauna, no tub either. Tv was decent size and cable options were better than average. Bed was pretty comfortable. The noise from the road however a bit more than expected, lots of engine revving and loud motorcycles, walls didnt seem to dampen the noise at all. Alarm clock was not functional. it was n't a bad stay and i'd probably stay at the hotel again, but not a destination type hotel- but ok for a couple nights

Unfortunately, there was some misunderstanding upon arrival, as we booked and paid for two rooms, but only one was recorded in the hotel's system. This was a bit difficult to overcome, but the lady at the reception coordinated with the manager, who was very helpful in everything, and we finally got the reserved two rooms. We had several questions, which were answered very kindly.

The room was well-equipped and clean, with enough towels, a microwave and a refrigerator. Breakfast is a good option before a long day. The staff is very helpful.

That a few weeks before I made the reservation, I asked if there was a refrigerator and Microwave in the rooms. I was told yes. But I was never told that there was an extra charge.

I think a refrigerator and Microwave should be in Most rooms. And the cost should be reasonable. My stay on July 17th the 18th cost me a meal for my family. It spoiled.
