Their Booking.com ad states dogs are allowed. we took toy poodle.upon arrival they say no dogs allowed and tried to surcharge me $200 which i refused to pay. There is NO ONE located on the property for problems or dispute resolving. ITS DONE BY OFF SITE PEOPLE BY PHONE ONLY . NO-ONE ON SITE FOR ROOM PROBLEMS OR HELP.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. walking 200 ft to beach is nice.

We got a larger room and it was across the street from the ocean. The was only street parking on that side and stairs to get to the rooms. So it was inconvenient to get luggage and groceries to the room.

The price was great and the rooms were clean. It was close to the ocean and had a kitchen.

Only thing that went wrong was the air conditioning went out on our second night there.

The suite was just the size we needed with a full kitchen. It had a decent pool and access to the beach.

There was no real parking for the place we were at and there was only one way to get up the hill to the room and that was to walk all the way around to the front and walk to the back where we were

You had to cross the street to get to the pool and there was no crosswalk there and there was no handicap ramps to be able to push a stroller up

The price was reasonable and like being able to be in the pool and watch the ocean

The bathroom was not as clean as I’d like it to be. Hair on toilet and sink. There was also no hand soap in the bathroom or in the kitchen area.

The room had a wet mildew smell in the room. The freezer had something spilled in it. I had to go get cleaning supplies to make the room tolerable due to the awlful smell

Parking was not ideal, not enough trash cans outside. We thought we were going to be on the beach but we were across the street so crossing the street was not ideal.

Room was clean. Like the keyless entry that was great no carrying around a card. Had a great time.

There were some bugs that we found crawling around in our room. The toilet also never stopped making a filling up noise. Everyone you shower it seemed to flood the bathroom.

Loved how close to the beach we were and the value of the stay.

Room was very run down. Appliances were old and rusty. Although the room might have been cleaned, there were a lot of old stains everywhere. Bathroom did not have any counter space. Shower was very old and stained as well. We ended up in a room across the street and had to cross a very busy street in order to get to the pool and beach. Although the property allowed pets, there was no real place to take the pets to do their business. No parking on the side of the street where the room was.

The room was very spacious and had a full kitchen.

The room was not that big and the bed was very uncomfortable. The toilet was running on and off. The TV was very hard to navigate. There was not a guide and you could not tell the name of the show/movie you were watching. I had to go through all channels to find the tv show I wanted. I stayed during bike week and it was a little pricey for the size of the room.

The location was good, a side view of the beach. I liked the tables out front. The water pressure and water temperature were great. I liked the kitchen. The couple that managed the hotel was very friendly.

The room door jam was completely rusted along with the door handle all the way though.THIS. could fixed with $20 bucks or so.window curtian was ripped up or chewed on by a pet, possibly. The Lock is a Safety & SECURITY issue.Got sick from the food at the pizza shop.across. the street.
