The beds are a bit too hard for my tastes. There is no continental breakfast at this location. There was no info binder in the rooms - like something that shows hotel info and nearby restaurants.

The pool was great. The place was quiet, we didn't hear other guests in the hallways or above us. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I didn’t like how the TV was on when we first walked into our room. I would like a trash bag for the trash can and recycle bin (in the main room and in the bathroom trash)

The main issue with this location is you have to reserve a microwave for your room they only have limits amounts and when we asked to suggest to the manager to change that the GM was kind of snippy and stated most people do not want a microwave. we had to go across to holiday gas station to use theirs LOL So just be aware the microwave situation stinks… the staff were all great and friendly

bed was comfy we enjoyed the pool without kids at night 10-11 and the hot tub also Starbucks coffee and the restaurant were a plus!

I could hear the TV in the next room and it was on all night. I also didn't like that the TV was on when I first checked into my room.

I really liked the location of the hotel. It was clean and decorated nicely. Staff was friendly. My room was very comfortable. I appreciated the shower supplies provided in the large dispensers rather than all of the little individual containers. I will definitely stay there again and I would recommend it. I did not eat breakfast there as I had gone to the store and bought a few groceries to safe on cost.

The bathroom was/felt cramped. Almost needed to be a catorcianist, when reaching for the toilet paper roll.

My husband and I, really liked the fact of a secure stay. In regards to, having to use your room key, to access your floor via the elevator.

(+) Comfortable, clean room. Unable to open window for additional air circulation, but was able to control temperature. Staff helpful and friendly. Good location to St Anthony where I was visiting family for the week. (-) I could not tolerate the strong air freshener being pumped into the lobby that I could smell through my kn 95 mask! I could not risk a migraine by breathing in those chemicals. I honestly don’t understand why these hotel chains feel the need to use these strong chemical air fresheners that quite frankly can harm human beings. Thankfully, the air freshener was not detected in the hallway or my room. It’s a shame that other than this / I would give this hotel a solid 10.

Clean and pleasant atmosphere Attached restaurant is good, and coffee in the lobby for purchase is nice. The location is both good and a little strange, in the middle of a business/ industrial park. It’s pretty close to UMN without being in the middle of campus, and easy to get to just about anywhere by car.

The hotel gym had more cardio equipment than weights. Staff did not explain breakfast options at hotel starbucks. Restaurant is closed Sunday and Monday.

I liked the free parking and hotel restaurant. Restaurant offers takeout, outdoor dining, and indoor dining. The room was neat and had smart TV. My room was cleaned daily. I stayed in the king room. Hotel is quiet at night.
